Grossprussian Chancellor visits Federated Russias!

Chancellor Otto Hauser, as invited by President Ilya Stepanov and Premier Grigori Samsonov, has arrived for a state visit in Moscow at the Kremlin. He is expected to attend a major summit there with the leaders of that country.

President Stepanov and Premier Samsonov have rolled out the red carpet for the Chancellor and treated him to a state dinner in the Kremlin, as the beginning of the "friendship summit". Rumors of a formal alliance are growing.

After "fruitful talks" in the Kremlin with President Stepanov and Premier Samsonov, Chancellor Otto Hauser signed a non-aggression pact with Federated Russias, including an extradition protocol and a secret clause stipulating mutual-defense in the case of an attack. Essentially, the two nations have become allies, provided that the Grossprussian and Federated Russian parliaments ratify said pact.

President Stepanov, Chancellor Hauser, and Premier Samsonov have formally signed a strategic arms mutual-defense pact. In essence, it commits both nations to use nuclear, biological, or chemical warheads on any other which uses them on each other. It is meant to protect each country from that danger through the threat of nuclear retaliation.
