Well, Allow me to Explain-

We use Nuclear Runoff to power the cars. They are put inside a Steel Generator and about one pint of Runoff can power the car for up to 40 Miles. They run cheap and Comaack is filled with Runoff so it is cheap and abundant. The Nuclear Power plants provide the energy for it also. If it crashes, the steel will keep the Runoff away for living beings and if released, it will not be at all deadly and smells like Cinnamon.

There is strict MT which is only stuff that is available/possible with today's technology, then there is something we call MT+1 which is today's technology plus everything that is currently in development(most nations are this). Then there is Post Modern Tech (PMT) which finding a new element would be in the realm of and which my nation happens to be in. PMT is very loose becasue it encompasses everything up to but not including faster than light travel, once you have that kind of tech and other far out things you become FT. There is a detailed writeup about it and other levels I didnt mention on NSWiki

Buddy, I've been here for 3 years, you don't have to explain Tech levels to me. PMT, depending on your defintion, is anything that is theorized to exist in the next 50 years.
