The People's Republic of Falkasia is proud to inform the world that it will begin construction shortly, on what will become the world's tallest skyscraper. This building, recently dubbed the Kazyenko Independence Center (KIT) in honor of our glorious leader, will dwarf every single one of it's competitors with it's gargantuan size. According to the lead designer and engineer, Johan Dimitriov, it is supposed be twice of the size of the UAE's Burj Dubai at a staggering 4013 feet. This monster of a building will have 396 floors and will sit in the middle of downtown Ekaterine, across the street from the Tretiak Arena.
To accomplish such a task, a new type of steel had to be created to support such an enormous burden. This metal, Titanium-Tungsten-Chromium Composite Alloy 174, is not only capable of supporting such a giant load, but also exceeds the quality of much of the other types of steels produced elsewhere in the world. On the inside, the tower features floor-to-ceiling panoramic fiber-glass windows offering an unparalleled view of the city, luxurious suites for residents, and office space and layouts to meet the every need of businesses and investors. Beside that, the building also offers spacious amenities, such as plush lounges on every fifth (5th) floor and a rotating resturant midway through the building. Security will also be paramount, protecting the building itsel from threats and providing its clients with an unrelenting sense of wellbeing and secruity. A foot-thick, barbed-wire perimeter wall will prevent any structural damage to the bottom floors, along with highly trained security patrols roving the interior courtyards at all hours of the day to maintain order and security. Higher up, cameras and automated detectors will replace that of guards, keeping vigilant watch over each level and alerting patrols farther below if a potential threat is detected. More simply security measures, such as entry-way metal detectors and X-ray machines combined with all the rest make the Kazyenko Tower one of the safest areas in the country.
The Kazyenko Independence Hall is slated for completion within 4 years, and once constructed, will become the pinnacle of Falkasian splendor.
