Chyekish International News:
Ever since Eslovatia had finally formed, the USFCR has failed to offer help to the Small break away republic declaring it unjust and Illegal to leave the Federation. Ever since the 90's the Chyekish government has been in a state of secretive war with Eslovatian Rebels who were invaded and occupied in 1987. Kartovskiy the Capital of Eslovatia declares it had the right to declare Independence, but Chyeknovostan refuses to recognize and says that ti is an act of further warfare.
Since the declaration a few days ago, the Chyekish government has ordered artillery pieces and the entire 4th, 7th, and 21st divisions along with the 3rd and 15th armoured division. Chyeknovostan is now threatening that unless Eslovatia stops breaking international law and rejoin the Federation that Chyeknograd will issue a declaration of war and Invade. Eslovatia has not the man-power to hold back the Red Bear as she is called. Eslovatian and Chyekish forces clashed last night, both saying it was the others fault, so far 96 civilians were killed in the cross-fire, it occured in the town of Mdest in East Eslovatia on the border. So far the Chyekish army has remained on its side but the tensions are still rising.Some photos of the Conflict from last night are now being shown...

Chyekish Troops capture and contain an Eslovatian Civilian, so far possibly 64 Civilians have been tooken as "POW"s by the Chyekish army

The Chyeknograd says it'll continue firing on Mdest and other cities unless Eslovatia surrenders, however the small Republic says it won't budge. They have returned fire with what little weaponry they have but it's becoming hard since there is civilians in the way. Earlier this morning Eslovatian captives were executed by what the Chyekish army claims"they were a threat to Chyekish security" more news soon.

Chyeknograd was tired of this long conflict between Eslovatia and Chyeknovostan, The Army attacked Mdest last night in hope that it would weaken Eslovatia, instead they were answered with artillery back. General Menshtov had been placed in charge by the Red Council in Chyeknograd to lead the invasion of Eslovatia if they refused. Eslovatian civilians have started to fled to avoid another possible conflict between the two armies in the border. By orders from the Red Council all civilians caught during the invasion were either to be kept as POWs and sent to Tekrazh na Gulak or Executed on spot. Chyeknograd didn't care for civilians anymore, they stopped following the Geneva Convention along time ago and it was time to show they meant business.

Brusto was in his Room, he was angered and stressed. Last night up to almost 100 innocent civilians were killed as a result of Chyekish Artillery, the 2nd Eslovatian Army returned fire, but with little effect.
Civilians in Mdest were shocked many were already fleeing to escape a possible invasion, Eslovatia's security was now at stake.
He also knew about the civilians that were taken captive and knew that they'd probably never be seen again after all the USFCR doesn't follow the Geneva Convention and he knew they'd probably be executed like the ones this morning.
Rubbing his hands and letting out a sigh he bowed his head.

On the border in Mdest the Chyekish army was in view just less than a mile out on their side of the border. On the Eslovatian side of the border however it was quiet, rubble was in the streets and the dead were being moved out, Eslovatian troops had been stationed in Mdest to keep watch, the 3rd Eslovatian army had moved out of Kartovskiy and would be there soon to strengthen their defences.
Eslovatia however despite the USFCR's threats would not move, basically telling Chyeknograd to go fuck themselves.
Luckily though the fighting had ended earlier this morning than was expected, but they were expecting an invasion soon. Problem was when?

Corporal Malik walked into the defense room and snapped a sharp salute.
"Sire, according to our reports the Chyeknovostan Republic has declared war on Eslovatia, awaiting orders."

Commander Malke replied:
"Very well, upgrade to DEFCON 1 and wait for orders from HICOM."

On the GVS Imperial, general quarters was sounded. The GVS Imperial was 200 miles away from Eslovatia at the time. Almost immediately, 5 SP-52 recon planes launched and pulled up to 75,000 feet while going Mach 2.7.

It was turning out to be a quiet day, monitoring the troop movements from the Chyekish army, the generals had finally came up with a map of movement in the last 24 hours. Chyeknovostan was amassing heavily on their borders and they barely had enough forces to even match half of them. It seemed that now, and Brusto realized this, the only hope for Eslovatia was allies. When his secretary came into his room he looked up and smiled, he had written a letter and he handed it to her saying"Take this to the Foreign Offices please, thank you"
She took the folder and lightly walked out.
Brusto knew now that the only hope was to have allies, combatting the USFCR would be extrememly hard. But luckily they were not technically at war now. However the tensions were gonna get alot tighter.
The attack on Mdest was just a warning, and not even a fraction of what the Chyekish could do and Brusto knew this. He looked over and hit the intercom button a friendly voice came on, it was the secretary.
"Yes sir?"
"Please send in General Kimelsk"
"Yes sir right away"
A few moments later the General entered the room, walking in his pristine green colored uniform he saluted the Czarre in respect.
"You called for me sir?"
"Yes, yes"
"About what sir?"
"The situation right now between us and the USFCR"
"What about it sir?"the General asked as Brusto got up and started pacing
"We cannot hold them for to long if they invade, and tension are tight as you may or may not have known of"Looking out the window Brusto paused then continued.
"I want Mdest..."he paused again turning to look at Kimelsk.."I want all the civilians to be prepared and dig in, I want defenses as well increased there, youre in charge of Mdest General,good luck.."
Kimelsk was shocked at first then he smiled and saluted, and just before leaving he said"Luck is not with us apparently"
Brusto stood there, Kimelsk's words were ringing in his head.
Would this be the end already?

The message from the Foriegn office was published, not long after in the international news...

"To all nations of the World, Eslovatia is being threatened by a massive foe. We do not have enough forces to even defend ourselves for long. We declared Independence not long ago to stray away from the Chyekish Oppressive Regime, but it seems they declare it illegal. We have forces amassing on our border and late lastnight they killed up to almost 100 inicent civilians in the small town of Mdest and took others hostage, executing some. We don't want war but it seems that it may be unavoidable soon, we may suffer the same fate as Dorchyenko did those years ago. Please help us

Please know, we require a port of yours to dock the GVS Imperial, so she can unload all the marines on board. The GVS Imperial will fly 10 fighter jets to your nearest air base, and you may use them and their pilots as expeditionary forces.

OOC: GV is located 120 miles off the coast of Vladivostok, however we have ally naval and air bases all over the world, allowing our military to be used at full effect.

The Chyekish line on the border in front of Mdest was rather active, that was till you go to the front. Night was coming, and it was quiet here, snipers, lookouts and MGs sat in watch. Moving back you could find soldiers drinking vodka, and playing cards and just having a good time. Pvt. Mentov got up from his chair and began walking, saying high to a few of his friends as he walked he continued till he reached the Line of T-80s that had been parked for refuel after the long trip. Traveling from Chyeknograd to here took alot of fuel he thought to himself, looking around he found his friend Trid.
"Trid! Vas gdieta?"
A small man appeared out of one of the T-80s, grunting as he hit his head on the hatch he said back half heartedly..

"Yes yes Im here! who is it!?"
"A good friend!"
Almost instantly Trid turned around, as soon as he saw mentov he smiled and jumped out of the Tank,"Mentov!, I haven't seen since we left from Chyeknograd this morning!How is the Rej.?"
"Boring my friend very boring, all theyre doing is drinking and playing cards"Mentov replied with disgust and looking at the night sky. The area was slightly lit with what the Chyekish Army calls, a Heaven Light kind of ironic for a cheap light that has alot of issues.
Trid looked out towards the border, faint lights from Mdest could be seen through the darkness, slowly in a calm way he said to Mentov"Can you believe we'll be fighting there soon?"
Mentov snapped his neck around"They'll surrender before we do anything, they're just a bunch of cowards anyways"
"I dont think so"
"Well Trid since when has anyone ever cared what you think?" Mentov said laughing and in a playful manner while climbing the T-80, Trid through a glove and mentov reacted by sticking his arm out.
In his tent General Menshtov was sitting reading a book, when suddenly a Runner came in...turning around Menshtov saw who it was he stood and turned taking his reading glasses off and setting the book on his desk.
"Yes what is it?"he asked
The runner came fowards and handed him an envelope
Taking it he opened it and turned and put on his reading glasses, they were orders, his face had a shocked expression and the Runner suddenly became nervous
"What is it sir?"
Menshtov looked up, "order to mobilize get the MSTA's and Multi-Rocket Platformed Vehicles or MRPV if that helps you,get them ready, send them to the line, tell them to wait for commands mobilize the tanks and vehicles including the APCs, And makes sure all soldiers dispose of the alcohol.Tell them to execute at exactly this time" Menshtov said giving a small note with a time on it.
Immediatley after the Runner saluted"Yes sir!"
and left.
Menshtov now knew what was going to happen it was time to invade, since radios werent being used itd be a good surprise attack, orders were to shoot anything that moved. And they were going to barrage the city.

Troops began to rush to positions, the T-80s began to get fired up, Mentov left his friend and went back to his Regiment.
The MSTA's began to move out towards the front of the line, each one began to slowly come to a halt, the crews jumped off and prepared them, the T-80s split into columns and line up in wait, the artillery was dragged between the MSTA's and were readied. Finally everything was set. It was time, General Menshtov watched from his tent. It was silent, very silent, worst than a cemetary. This however....was broken..

Suddenly on the end of the line One MSTA fired she rocked back, the Self-Propelled Artillery piece rocked back some, it was followed by a long range Howitzer which was followed by another MSTA and so on, the line lit up. The second line were the MRPV, the Launcher slowly raised up, and on time it lit up sending several rockets out followed right down the line. The barrage continued,shells and rockets began to rain down on Mdest for well over 2 and a half hours. The sound of the explosions when the shells hit the city made loud low thumps followed by plumes of smoke, flames could be seen near the morning. It was almost time for move two.

Seventy-Five thousand miles in the sky, these recon planes have the most advanced camera systems in the navy.

"Holy shit, HQ, MAYDAY I REPEAT, THE INVASION HAS BEGUN, HEAVY SHELLING ON THE BORDER!"

Back at HQ:
"Jesus Christ, all that firepower against such a small nation. Alright then... so it begins." *Moves to Comms set 2*
"GVS Imperial, this is Commander Mcsalle, you are clear to launch red alert fighters, repeat, LAUNCH AND BOMBARD THE BORDER!"

The GVS Imperial had been on general quarters since the first civilian was killed, and soon, with a new order, the 300 pilots aboard the ships were scurrying on the launch deck, meanwhile, under the deck planes were being loaded with thousands of tons of firepower. The Imperial was not with its taskforce, the rest of the taskforce was refueling near Britain. The general quarters alarm sounded for nearly 30 minutes, as the pilots hurried to get in the air. Not long after, the planes were clear to launch.

As artillery pounded into Eslovatia, 44 planes streaked at mach 1.5 towards the border.

Mdest was completely taken by surprise, Lt. Amzik was sitting trying to light a cigarette with his buddy Sgt. Reswieowsky, they heard the sounds of the artillery from a far. At first Amzik went white then he looked at Reswieowsky and said jokingly,"Its either thunder or theyre attacking" he laughed some this was cut short when suddenly right across the street a shell plowed into a small 2 story house, the explosion was followed sending shrapnel into the air and across the street it was so close that Amzik was knocked to the ground. As the debri fell he heard more hits, laying on the ground he yelled out..."INCOMING!....RESWIEOWSKY WHERE ARE YOU!?" Getting up he he quickly covered himself as a nother shell landed across in the middle of the street knocking him again to the ground. Getting back up he realized where his buddy had went, he went cold.
The market they were standing in front of had the window blown in from the blast, his buddy layed on the floor with a piece of wood driven into him. He was trembling and coughing up blood.
"Shit! Reswieowsky!" Amzik yelled as another shell zoomed over head, he jumped in and got to the Seargant, looking at him he freaked, the Sarge, looked at him and slowly drew his last breath...he was dead..

Amzik stared in horror, then without hesitation and any further thought, almost as if his body knew what to do, he got up and ran out into the street and took off.
The artillery fell, people were in the streets, a car got hit and exploded killing and throwing one man from the car. Fires had erupted everywhere and the smeel of burning flesh and ash filled the lungs of the people and troops, everyone srambeled shells fell left and right, Amzik was running then stopped and looked back down the street, shells pounded it and buildings, he watched almost in slow motion, people thrown in the air, by the blast, turning slowly at the sound of a crying child he saw a small little boy. He was covered in blood and was crying. Looking up Amzik saw the house the boy was standing in front of it was engulfed in flames, they jolted out like a monster's fingers, feeding on the structure till finally it began to crack and pop.
That was when Amzik realized...the building was going to give, he took off at a dead run and grabbe the child and ran, looking back he saw the house crumble and fall on the street some unsuspecting civilians didnt see it in time and were crushed or buried.

Left and right shrapnel zipped throught the air, the sickening sounds of thuds from shells filled and ringed in people's ears. But through all the horror and screaming...it seemed almost silent, but not the silent like you'd find in night. No, this was worse...this was the silence of death covering its victims in ash and flame, a dead silence that echoed.
Amzik continued running finally he lost his footing and fell twisting his body so he would hit the ground first and not the small child he came down, looking up he saw the traces of smoke from rockets flying above in the air. He thought to himself, I will not die, but if I do, this child will not die...
Screams from people filled the air at one point Amzik saw an old man, as he turned around he was horrified, the man had litererally lost half his face, another person was missing an arm. Finally he found cover and held the child close, the sounds of the impacts got closer or farther it was hard to tell now, almost impossible. But he knew that there was nothing else to do but hope to not die.
The barrage continued for the next two hours, civilians bodies, women,children,men layed the streets. Most completely unrecognizable, several building had been burned black or collapsed. Fires burned continuosly through out the night, but the true hell didn't show its face till the sun began to rise.

The GVS Imperial's planes soon reached Darov, and dropped bombs all the way down to Anderczek. The GVS Imperial floats offshore, and soon the rest of the taskforce shows up.

The taskforce was 95 miles from the Darov Blockade and closing. Meanwhile, on the border.

Explosions rippled down the line, tearing down buildings, killing men and destroying the land. Great Valencian bombers pounded the USFCR line, and fighters knocked out AA and artillery emplacements (No godmod intended). In Great Valencia herself, 42,000 marines prepared for an invasion. Five thousand quick response transport ships filled with 5,000 marines charged towards the 1st Taskforce, now 85 miles from Darov.

DEFSAT Quickly reacted, placing speeds and typing the planes, then identifying them. The signal was soon sent to Chyeknograd, from there it was found on Augostov's desk. Augostov looked at it, he was surprised to find someone attacking the border, he almost grinned. He sat down drinking his coffee and began to write finally when he was done he called in his Secreatary.
"What do you need sir?" she said politely and smiling.
"Send this to Chyedef, tell them its urgent"
"Yes sir"
From the secretary left, going to the fax room she sent it to the Secret facility known as "Chyedef".
Chyedef then sent the order to the Generals on the line.
It was time...

Opening the doors to the Hangar layed the Prized so called "Chyemig" or a Su-37 and the "Heater" or the Su-47, the pilots got aboard and prepared for take off, given their flight route, they catch up to the enemy withing 25 minutes due to there location.
Over the radio the Flight Commander announced"Raven Flight, we are Weapons hold via till check point B, we have reports of bogeys attempting to bomb the border, Raven one Ready..."

The Sus began to manuever out on the runway, one by one they took off entering formation.
The artillery continued until the morning, when finally the sun came up, the armoured Divison began to move in. The city had huge stacks of smoke over it, and debri layed everywhere, the T-80s and APCs rolled, some troops sat on the vehicles others marched next to them. Orders were to kill anything that moved no matter what, and almost as soon as they hit the first street they open fired. Civilians that were looking for their loved ones scrambeled to avoid the gunfire, several were hit, One man tripped and was shot several times. They screamed as the Chyekish troops sprayed them, bodies fell with sickening thuds, as far as they were concerned, it was exterminating the rats.

DEFSAT continued to track the enemy aircraft finally they were identified and a signal was sent to Chyeknograd.

Submarines dive, and begin tracking targets, the battleships lay down a huge screen of covering fire while the destroyers move into positions.

The GVS Imperial launches the remaining fighters (Not bombers) and they scream at mach 3 towards the enemy planes. The transport ships that left last night have reached 10 miles away from the Darov blockade battle, and one by one slip through the defenses to Kartovskiy, unboarded the soldiers and they dug into Kartovskiy waiting for further orders.

Both the NAC-63s launched their fighters and bombers at the border, and started a 59 hour schedule of bombardment

Kartoviskiy is the preferred port of Eslovatia for foreign help. Just note, the battle of the Darov blockade is still going on, and you may not be able to get through. On top of that, the port is already nearly full with our transports and some damaged ships

Kartovskiy was busy, as allied ships were moving in and out to go to the Dorav bloackade. Brusto was in his office when a man walked in, looking up he saw the man standing before him.
"Yes?"
"Sir, Chyeknovostan just attacked Mdest last night with rockets and artillery on a much larger scale..."The man paused, he was very nervous and scared"They hit several spots in the town, estimates of the dead are up to almost 800 Civilians...."
Brusto went white as he had just realized that now they were at a complete state of war.
"How long till we can evacuate?"He said real calmly
The mand looked at him"Sir...there too much rubble and debri, it could take days to get everyone out and the Chyekish are already advancing on the town. Mdest will soon fall..."
Brusto looked off for a minute then looked back, trying to hold himself together he said
"Very well then...."
The man walked out, as brusto sat rubbing hid forehead. Almost 800 civilians...Innocent people who didn't deserve to die, were now dead.


Mdest,Morning
Amzik awoke, the child has fallen asllep next to him and he looked around, it was a quiet and chilly morning. They had tooken refuge against a sedan that had wrecked into a wall, the shadows of death were everywhere it was hell...no. worse than hell, it was a place that didnt seem like a place at all.
Papers and trash rolled over the street from the calm,cold wind. Bodies layed where they had dropped, fires were still burning now. Then by his surprise he saw a car, a black sedan was on fire, the flames biting the very air it was in. They lashed out from the windows of the vehicle as it rolled down the hill slowly.
Getting up he picked up the child and looked down the street and watched the burning car slowly move. No one was there.
No one but the dead. He started walking, he found a few others up the street they were hiding, and some were still dying. He spoke to a woman who sat against a wall, blood covered her from head to toe. In perfect Eslovatian he asked here where a market would be with food"Vas znatum plaza unua marketo eto b substanie?", she didnt look at him she just stared blankly out across the street just completely shocked and horrified, slowly she lifted her arm and pointed across the street to a market. Amzik started on, upon ariiving to the market the windows were blown, breaking some more glass out of the door to reach the handle he opened it. He walked inside, there was bread and meat and he got them to make a sandwich, then he looked around he found some peanut butter and jelly and make a sandwich. The child was sitting on the counter he could have been no more than 6 or 7 maybe Amzik thought to himself. he walked over ad gave him the peanut butter sandwich saying nicely"Gdiet vas kat, yestiez tak". Near the front was a horrible site, bodies layed. The Chyekish were firing on innocent people, gripping their AKs and KIs they fired at everything that moved. There was no resistance because the Eslovatian division was farther back in the city. But that didnt stop them, a small squad layed in wait on one of the streets waiting for the Chyekish to come around the corner. Eslovatia was fighting back...

The RPN Corvo and the RPN Pinguino spearheaded the humongous fleet of Battleships heading for the Eslovatian coast. The two Aircraft carriers carried a small Air Force between them. Following their waves was the 4th fleet, 10 Seal Submarines and 10 G Type Destroyers, which protected the Armored core (500 Musk 29 Tanks, 200 Pisaro Vehicles and 700 Dardo IFVs) which were being transported by 27 Boarding Craft. The 82nd Scout Regiment was onboard 6 Gamerano Boarding Crafts accompanied by 5 Maestrale frigates, this small segment was christened the 6th Armada. The 4th fleet arrived at the dock in Swielk and unloaded the Armored Core which set up camp in Kartovisky. The 4th fleet was on standby to be deployed later as reinforcements to break through the blockade. The 82nd Armada had reached its destination, 18 Piomare helicopters with 550 Infantry (400 Standard, 50 X8 Handheld Infantry Mortar, 50 Maxim Medium Machine gun Crews) The scout regiment was to arrive at Mdest by helicopter in 30 minutes. Captain Sakrov got on radio to the Eslovatian command,

"We have docked our fleet, we have set up camp for our armored core they and the fleet are on standby. A small Armada has sent the 82nd scout regiment to Mdest via Piomare helicopters. They probably will arrive in 20 minutes. The armored core and the fleet are waiting for your orders."

The helicopters drew near the city, it could be seen far in the horizon the helicopters should land on it;s outskirts in 10 minutes or so.

Over the quiet city of Esjelasji, a lone jet flew overhead. There was smoke coming from its tail, and it dropped and crashed into a building, with a massive boom louder than an artillery shell. The 5,000 marines were now all deployed in Karovskiy, and wasted no time in driving their land transports over to Orikd.

"Sir, marines deployed, out of 44 jets launched at the border, we've only lost 10."

A load roar was heard over Darov, but nobody could see it. It was a flight of 45 strategic bombers at almost 15,000 feet.

[Chyeknovostan Republic]

The Chyekish Divison continued into the city, spilttig before they hit it to do a Pincer manuever, they came in from the north and south.
Meanwhile DEFSAT was tracking targets on the western border, Raven squadron had started to catch up, SAMs, AAs, and GAMs were ordered to open fire. All down the border from hundreds of hidden locations mostly near Esjelasji, rockets flew in the air tracking targets.
Chyeknovostan wasnt going to fuck around, and this being an attack on their soil was going to start a massive conflict with out a doubt.
Chyeknograd was busy most notably the Kazak Imperial Palace was busy. Augostov began to go over plans with his Generals, they had more than enough area to do alot of things and the terrain was perfect since they've been here since the 200s AD. The Dorav blockade consisted of the Baltic Fleet, a total of 8 Battleships, 2 Carriers, 6 Destroyers, 2 Cruisers, 1 Corvette, 2 subs, 2 Nuclear Subs, and 6 Patrol boats. Enemy fleets were recognized by NAVSAT and DEFSAT. Augostov sat looking over the table speaking in a heavy Chyekish accent he said to the generals, "Nama nezjitamo s'mobilat flietimaya Cjieknograda s'blokaca, Ya vantaga! vies botacj s'atakiez nemesasj botacjaya vien etoi iditiega!Komprendy!?"
They all replied in Chyekish with a "Da"
The 2nd Baltic fleet was to be prepared and launched out of Chyeknograd, they were going to move to the bloackade and further when possible. 1st and 2nd Divisions would be boarded on Landing ships or Landodors as the Chyekish called them(Actually its Terradorracj in Chyekish). each ship could carry up to 2000 troops, estamating to almost 10 Landodors. Ships were being loaded and readied within an hour after the order and it could expect to take off in the night to morning.
The pincer move had advanced in Mdest coming into the first few streets the sight was horrible, bodies layed over the cobblestone streets, fires continued still even though it was late day. So far no fighting but everyone was on their gard, the tanks continued maneuvering through rubble and things as Trucks followed behind them.

Great Valencian marines were not properly trained in Urban combat, as that was reserved for the army. So, the Marine commander in chief, Commander Mckey, used that to his advantage. Nine thousand marines were now in Eslovatia, and they were about 1 mile behind the border. From Orikd to Binik to Dmitry, Valencian marines dug in, and 3 miles behind them a Rear supply depot was set up. Marines poured into the trenches, which were complete with everything. Barracks', the trenches were 9 feet deep with sniper ports set up all over, machine gun nests which were about 5 feet above the trench floor, latrines and an aid station. Now, a steady shipment of soldiers and supplies came from Valencia, to Kartovskiy and then to the rear supply depot or soldiers to the trenches.

The marines also received hundreds and hundreds of AA guns, and 115mm artillery.

Meanwhile, 20,000 feet up:

The planes pulled up to 25,000 feet to attempt to avoid the AA and SAMs, and flew at Mach 3 back to the taskforce and landed. Now, there was 4 taskforces to break the Darov blockade.

30 nuclear subs

The carriers were not fit for direct sea combat, so they sat back and launched their planes to bombard the Darov blockade and the border. They also had about 5 interceptors defend the carriers which were defending the transport ships.

As the Chyekish tanks and vehicles moved through the town, a small team layed in wait, As one T-80 turned the corner the team readied and stayed alert. The rubble made it perfect for it was good at disguising RPGs and snipers. Finally as the third vehicle turned the corner, An RPG man stationed on the Second floor fired the RPG, the rocket zipped out the window at the T-80 smacking into it, a sniper in the rubblke below waited for the truck to turn and put the driver in his sights squeezing the trigger he said to himself"Dasa", the rifle fired sending a bullet into the Drivers head.

Within seconds mean from the 3rd Regiment of the Eslovatian Army came out of the rubble using it for cover they opened fired on the Chyekish vehicles. Its one of the first fire fights, soon after others broke out igniting the battle of Mdest.
