'' We are too week of a nation and our soldiers are not trained or armed'' That is why I would like to make a proposal that Trashdania becomes a colony of another nation. This will be put to vote in congress and voting will be finished in one hour.

About 45 minutes later the members of congress and Landon Mitchell resume their meeting. '' What is the vote?'' asked the president. It is 8 to 4 in favor of becoming a colony., said the head congressmen. '' Then it is decided, put me on air and announce that Trashadania will become a colony of whoever naton wants us;;

OOC: May I suggest that you seek to become a protectorate instead of a colony? That way you can have the military protection, the free trade, and economic support, but retain control over your own domestic affairs. You would have no foreign policy contacts, as everything would flow through the policies and laws of the protector nation, but that's the trade-off -- a far better trade-off, mind you, than relinquishing complete control over your entire country.

1. You and your people will be loyal to our Delaclava Constitution.
2. You and your people promise to serve and defend the nation when necessary.
3. You and your people will participate in the government process as much as possible.
4. You and your people will respect the rights of all citizens.
5. You and your people will respect the laws laid down for all citizens.

Should you follow these demands, we promise you the following:
1. You will be the governor of this new colony.
2. Your current government may be maintained as a colonial government.
3. Two members of your Parliament will be represented, and will have a vote, in our Parliament.
4. You may create a state Constitution, so long as it does not contradict the Delaclava Constitution.
5. You and your people will be protected by the Delaclava Constitution to the extent that all other citizens are protected.
6. All people of Delaclava must respect the rights of the people of Thrashadania, and deal with your people as they would any other person in Delaclava.
7. Should your colony want to become a full-fledged state of the Democratic Republic of Delaclava, you may send a request to the capital, and it will be granted as soon as possible.
8. Should your colony wish to declare independence, and become a nation once again, Delaclava will grant your independence as soon as possible and sever all Constitutional bounds to Delaclava, but still extend diplomacy and aid to you if needed.
