The enormous Kirov-class airship slowly trudged trough Comaackian airspace as it closed in on the Governor's Island Airfield, with an huge golden Birkanian seal on its side.

The first officer said trough a handheld radio, sitting in the restaurant of the ship and looking below to the Comaackian landscape while eating shrimps. The airship was carrying president Viktor Yulianov, the head of state of Birkaine. He didn't want to be bothered for now, since soon he would need to go back into diplomacy, something he hated. He had locked himself in his bedroom, going from videoconference to videoconference, sometimes paused with a nice "chat" with his assistant, simply known as Dasha. The trip had taken several days, and the Kirov wasn't too hurried either.
<<Maneuver props engaged, helium mix optimal.>> The pilot replied in the navigation bridge, with a confident, deep voice.

"Finally, I thouth this trip was going on forever" High General Viktor Yulianov asked to his assistant, who was lying down on a couch nearby, drinking vodka.
"So soon? I was enjoying it" Dasha said, trying to seduce him
"Shut up, Dasha. It's already bad enough that I had to come here in the slow-ass Kirov just because they lack an airport. But why did I came here? Because our enemy wants us to come for fireside talks. Wonderful! I thought Krakev would save me the bureaucracy, the old fuck!" He said "The reliable, victorious old fuck, but old fuck nonetheless" He grumbled as he buttoned his shirt
"General, you shouldn't say such innapropriate things about Admiral Krakev... he admires you..." Dasha said, walking towards the relatively short, short-tempered man "So do I.... in another way, of course" She smirked, before being pushed aside.
"I have more important things to do, Dasha. And no, you are not getting a promotion" the General said "Say, does the Hero of Birkaine look better on the left or right?" He asked, referring to the tons of medals he usually wore on his uniform. However, Dasha had angrily stomped out of the room by now.

The Kirov airship carried onboard an eccentrically painted Ka-65 gunship, coated in golden paint and with a confortable interior, remniscent of a Limousine. This was the helicopter that took off as soon as the Kirov landed, and headed towards the residence of Cipollo.
"Why so hurried, General?" The co-pilot asked over the intercoms as the Ka-65 rushed to the Cipollo residence.
"You know as much as I do that every single second I'm off the homeland that bastard Crucifer thinks he can rule my nation. And God help Birkaine if this trip lasts too much. I'll find a god damn corporatocracy when I get back! The corrupt idiot!" He shouted. He was known to once have been a brilliant strategist, but after years of being locked up in the presidential office with only a desk to accompany him, he had gotten a little desperate and paranoid in his personal life, but still kept generally sober when it came to ruling his nation. He was always accompained by his young secretary, named Cacily. However, this time there was little to no military escort.

"Sir, we're about to arrive. Did you read the book I gave you?" Cacily asked, referring to a book about Comaackian manners and costumes
"Of course not, I'm a Birkanian and I'm proud to show it!" He patriotically yelled inside the helicopter, then sat back. "Did you read it? You never read them" He said, looking at Cacily with suspicion.
"Well, I did... it's because... well, the Duce's son was just born a few hours ago. Don't think it will be an approproate moment to talk diplomacy" She said, adjusting her glasses.
"Well... that's just wonderfully innappropriate, isn't it?" The General silenced his laughter with a snort. "We can't go back just like this... did you bring any present?"

The engines of the helicopter turned off with a gradually deeper sound as the blades rotated more slowly. The pilots were also the bodyguards of Birkaine's self-appointed permanent president, and they took some minutes to take their flight gear out and leave it in the cockpit. They didn't carry any visible weaponry.

"Good evening Mr. Cipollo" Cacily said. They followed the Duce into the library.

"So, what have you got to discuss?" the General asked.
