Galvone City, Galvone -- A nation at last.
The people of Galvone finally have a government to call their own, and one they can be proud of.
"Today is a massive day in our history," Prime Minister John Evans said. "Galvonians will look back at July 11th and smile in realization of just how far this group of people have come. I look forward to my role as Prime Minister, but also realize the work that is ahead is not going to be easy."
Evans, who was a near unanimous selection as Prime Minister, has received three degrees from high level institutions and served in the Republic of Ireland's military. His combination of knowledge and discipline learned from the armed services stuck out above all the rest.
As a brand new country, Evans and Galvone will be looking to open diplomatic relations with any and all comers.
"We realize that in today's day and age, trade between nations has become essential," Evans explained. "For that reason, Galvone must reach out to it's neighbors and begin to build bonds that will serve us well in the future."
