Following sweeping reforms at the hands of the current administration, the UWS has set aside nearly USD$700 billion for the newly created Bureau of Foreign Aid and Development, which will be administered under the Department of Foreign Affairs. This amount of money is to be divided up among any nation that requests it. Aid will be distributed on a case-by-case basis; each request will be reviewed by a specially selected panel. In addition to monetary aid, aid workers, construction assistance and technological development aid will also be available. Please fill out the attached Request For Aid Form (RFAF).

This may shrink Greethahn borders as well as devastate landscape in both nations. Both Alexlantis and Greethah also have nuclear weapons ready, which may lead to the end of the entire region and possibly even a worldwide radiation pollution.

In short, we have been strong allies for a long time. Our nation has fallen into an economic dip due to the Cold War with Greethah and we are in need of financial assistance.
