OUT OF CONTEXT: Dentaria is my own made up nation, I just want to start being active on the forums and introduce myself.
The Chancellor sighed, another move by Dentaria. The nation was really asking for it he thought. Dentaria was a small nation, one that had been provoking the normally passive state of Aleracoria, by arming their close border with the Republic. Aleracoria had always responded with the simple act of assigning ambassadors, but after the recent expulsion of 1, and kidnapping of the other, the Supreme Council and the Chancellor were becoming impatient and agitated with Dentaria. Some in the Supreme Council were calling for annexation, while others were calling for compassion and diplomacy, something that was clearly failing. As the Chancellor continued looking through the reports and satellite imagery on his desk, he heard the knock at the door.
"It's open" he yelled.
The general burst in, with a very concerned look on his face, he looked at the Chancellor, and began slowly to speak;
"Sir, we have just received reports that the Dentarians, have declared war on us, and have begun mounting for an invasion as we speak"
"What?!?!"
"Yes sir, they have declared war, the Secretariat of Defense is waiting for your orders"
The Chancellor was in office only a year, and already had his first war, he glanced at the general, and then at the floor and with a slight smile, half feared look, he said;
"Tell them to destroy them, now and forever".
