Unconventional Warfare Victim Relief - Fascist Empire

Completed Refugee Operation - Fascist Empire

The Refugee Collection Program Coordination Organisation successfully transferred 40 million minority citizens from the Fascist Empire of Forgotten Americans, where they would have suffered under the regime, to the Member Nations the RCPCO. There was compliance from both the Fascist Empire and the DIAF, and no recorded casualties. All RCPCO nations have recieved the Humanitarian Medal of Phing Phong for the part they played in the relief operation.

The USSCR is dispatching ICAB(International Civilian Aid Bureau) to the nation and will provide airlifts through day and night. We will pull as many as possible, and provide them with free housing, food, water, clothing etc. As this situation unravels the USECR, And the USSCR Will not neglect anyone here, all ICAB helos will be unarmed as to prevent possible provocations. As well, the Super-carrier CINF Dazva, another Carrier the CINF Tarkov and the Cruiser CINF Mikhail II will be posted out in International waters to recieve Helicopters carrying refugees. They will be quickly be shown to aircraft aboard the CINF Dasva and Tarkov, where they'll be taken the to the USECR(United Socialist Empire of the Chyeknovostan Republic the main head state of the USSCR).We'll take as many as possible. And can move several hundred thousand in a day. The full ICAB Division will be dispatched.
