We need a new security precaution for testing the new born and the elderly for new types of RNA Zombie Virus (which makes you a zombie). I would like to know that anyone with this gene should be privately executed for our own security of all zombie survivors. Thank you all for listening.

As of now we have found it impossible to truly tell which nations are infected by zombies, and which ones are not. Unless one keeps up with current events or reads the archives kept by these nations, it is impossible to see which ones have lasted and which ones were once collapsed before being brought back as zombie civilizations. The main indicators seem to be that they tend to hang out for a short time in the dark but not desolate Lazarus, and replace their original national flag with, always, the same one, of a yellow circle inbetween two sections of red and black. Experts have yet to figure out the meaning of such a flag.
