Nicholas Trotshev, the ruler of Bengera, has just been divorced. His wife left him. She couldn't take him after the revolution.

"I'm looking for a bride," he muttered to his staff, "I need someone...anyone....well, I'd prefer for it to be a girl, but still...."

A man timidly stepped forward.

"Sir, I have the perfect idea....invite every nation in the world to come to a ball.....make them come with women, and you can pick the one you like...."

Nicholas' face brightened, "Yes...of course....that's excellent! We'll host it soon!"

NO GUARDS! NO WEAPONS! The Czar of the Leviticus Isles will not attend due to lack of safety for his self being, the Leviticus Isles is an avid supporter of many er... Freedom Fighters... and other er... radical groups... There is no way that the Czar of Leviticus Isles will attend because other nations may see fight to kill him! After all, nearly every time he steps onto his balconey of his forteen stroy mansion he gets shot at by a "terrorist." We er... fund these people and supply them and due to excessive questioning and er... torturing we have discovered that it is infact other nations who have hired mercenaries to kill our Czar. The Czar of the Leviticus Isles will not attend without at LEAST one bodyguard from our supreme Elite Forces (which are infinitely, ridiculesly, and supremely better than everyone elses because we breed them and train them from birth) with at LEAST one gun for BOTH our Czar and his body guard.

To reach us, just send a telegram to the Leviticus Isles if this change in rules is allowed.

Well, no guards and no weapons is certainly not a problem for Fatatatutti, where the girls can take care of themselves - unarmed - from the age of five.

But that might be the pea under the stack of mattresses that disqualifies the would-be princess, mightn't it? Maybe Nick doesn't want a coward for a wife.

However, the suggestion of an arranged marriage to a foreign despot aroused such a fit of laughter across the island that it hasn't been possible to discern any real interest. We haven't polled all three billion females yet, but don't get your hopes up.
