Re. Dependency Status

The Imperial Koalition of Kroando has caught word of Yubakistan's plea for protection to the international community, and has decided that it shall offer the Yubakistani people Dependency Status within the Koalition. As a Dependent state inside the Koalition, Yubackistan will benefit from far more than protection, as most previous nations have offered. Not only does the Koalition boast a sizable military, but offers far more lucrative benefits. These benefits include free trade throughout the Koalition - granting Yubakistani companies full tariff free trade with over seven and a half billion Kroandon subjects. Yubakistani nationals will also benefit from the full protection of Kroandon laws, and be guaranteed employment. Furthermore all Yubakistani civilians will have the opportunity to attend Kroandon Universities, and be granted considerable autonomy on many local matters.

At 5% of your population, think about it, 1 in 20 people aren't contributing to your economy. Not to mention children are usually from 10 to 30 percent of a population which means that 13 to 17 people are supporting 20. That doesn't even factor for unemployment. At least be semi-realistic.

As for Yubakistan, I think he doesn't realize what being a colony means. 100,000 for a nation of 5 million is actually pretty big. I will be observing the conflict from afar, don't be surprised if I step in though.
