Your words are kind and your offers kinder. We would gratefully accept the scholarships for our own dispersal to those we determine would make the most effective use of them. Your help in the further education of our top volunteers should do the entire world much good for years to come.

We are, however thankful, unsure of the donation of vessels at this time due to our strained finances and as such hope that these may be transferred to us over the course of the next five years -- receipt of the first within the year and each two years following the previous -- and that in the meantime they be operated by LifeWyze for the same purposes for which we would be using them.

As for the establishment of a LifeWyze BioFarm, while we are skeptical of the statistics around the transplant success rate, we would be more than willing to accept this to aid those in nations whose own ability to obtain donor organs is insufficient to meet the needs of tragedies. It is unfortunate that we are not sure where this BioFarm could be placed, as we are not inherently a governmental organization and therefore must do our best to lease land of appropriate size in an area where such an establishment would be legal and otherwise accepted by the community. There are a handful of areas we think would be suitable but they are not our property. We must, therefore, take some time to obtain what we can for a minimal cost.

In the news: The SHS has answered the call from Barrettstia to aid the refugees of Creciuan. Hundreds of thousands of refugees have fled from occupied-Creciuan and into the relatively safe region under control of the Barrettstian coalition. Two ships have been dispatched to disperse aid, watch over the refugees, and to take them from the warzone if necessary.

We are also grateful for the donations of two Mercy-class ships to our fleet, but regret that we cannot at this time afford to maintain and operate them for an extended period of time. Your monetary donation must bridge the gap between our expenditures and average income as they are now, and are unlikely to do us great good considering the costs of Mercy-class vessels.

With that in mind, we hope that Valient Shipbuilding and perhaps the nation of Ostronopolis may make use of them for the same purposes as we would.
