Yes, we only realised that the CVN would probably be too much for your organisation after we made the decision to donate it. Unfortunately, as the vessel has been removed from the Anemonian order of battle, it cannot be operated as a vessel of the Holy Office of War. Our government will establish a front company (state-owned, of course) to act as the ship's full complement, including crew, maintenance, logistics, and anything else we deem necessary.

As for the payment method, we have no qualms with this.
