Communist International

Noting the rise of fascist and capitalist alliances across the globe, and noting also the relative weakness of position that the communist nations find themselves in due to lack of international organisation and solidarity, we seek today to organise a new Communist International (Hereafter ComIntern).

The ComIntern is an economic and military alliance open to all socialist nations, with the aim of providing:

1. mutual defence
2. the development of a joint deterrent force
3. the promotion of socialism as a positive world ideology, and
4. economic cooperation for the further development of member states

Marx said "Workers of the world unite!" and so we must. Divided we will fall, socialism in one country is doomed, only by joint action can we defend ourselves and spread the enlightenment of our ideology to others.

Dear Sirs,

While we do not approve of your respective choice of social and economic models, we are willing to engage in business with this organization should you desire to create mutually beneficial relations between our two nations. We have caught word of fascist powers threatening this fledgling organization with war, simply for its existence. If ComIntern agrees to open its consumer markets to limited Kroandon imports of machinery, chemical goods and other such products, in return for monetary bullion and food stuff imports, we will agree to provide protection from any and all fascist powers seeking to annihilate the alliance on ideological grounds.

Official Communique from the Council of Sovereigns

We in Volzgrad would like to follow our allies in the Grand World Order in wholeheartedly condemning the Comintern and all of its associates. Communism can only lead to ruin and failure, and it is a plague upon all nations of the free world. For this reason, the Empire of Volzgrad will under no circumstances recognize this alliance nor any of its threats or aligned nations.
