(OOC: Another thread made hard to follow by OOC waffle between non-original posters arguing about whether or not they can afford their apendages. In this case, quite clearly, the subject -Kopania- can afford the fleet he's deployed, and the fuss makes bugger all sense. Of course the suggestion that this is not the only fleet (but the 2nd) in his navy rather than very near the whole of it, and that his government is prepared to chuck the whole thing out there on a whim is another matter, seemingly undisputed for some reason.)
The Indian Soviet Commonwealth of Beddgelert notes -with pleasure- the revolutionary victory in Bengera, and expresses hopes for genuine socialist progress there. Messages of congratulation and solidarity from many Indian citizens-groups have been forwarded to the people of Bengera.
The Commonwealth, meanwhile, makes no explicit defensive commitment at this time with regards to the new Bengeran state, nor to the revolution there, but notes that any action taken against the USSB simply because of its professed socialism will be regarded as a de facto declaration of war upon the Indian Soviet Commonwealth, which itself professes -and indeed practices- socialist principles.
The Commonwealth suggests that -in light of growing tensions, and in the interests of the Fascists not being collectively disemboweled by the vastly superior might of the National People's Guard- all foreign states undertake to withdraw military assets from the proximity of the USSB until such time as normal relations are observed with regards to this new state.
