OOC: I wanna join CAG...for the time being, and against the other nations. I am a returning NS player. I know how to RP, I would say I RP well. And even though I am small. I can still help. I have a 70,000 man army. Also, why no nukes? I have none at this point, but still, if you RP this right, than nukes would be ok. Someone has them they should use them if they want to. But, they should remember that they can be nuked back.
