Official Communique to the Nations of the World
It was with great sadness and everlasting regret, that I in my capacity as Chief Adviser, am obliged to notify the nations inhabiting this world, that at approximately 11.32 GMT yesterday night, His Eminence, the Raja Bihar Jinnah Henry Edward Shah, suffered a cardiac arrest, and pronounced dead after several unsuccessful attempts to revive the Raja. The seventy seven year old Raja was preparing to celebrate his fiftieth anniversary of his accession in two weeks time at the Cawnpore Durbar. He is survived by his single living Grandson, the Raja Skrinash Jinnah Patrick Alexander Shah, who assumes power, at the age of 15, as of immediately. The laws and constitution of this most sacred land decree that Shah be enthroned, though his power remain in trust until his eighteenth birthday, or until his trustrees deem him fit to assume control of Cawnpore.
As the designated Trustee of Regal Power in Cawnpore, I hereby accept the title of Chief Protector, and will continue governance of this land, in the most befitting way that is expedient at this dark time. On this day, Parliament have voted through seven days of mourning, to honour the passing of this Nation's Great Ruler. In the tradition of the great Jinnah monarchs of Cawnpore, his remains will be interred in the Jinnah family mausoleum within two sundowns.
Thankyou for your time, and may your prayers and wishes be with us in this most grievous time,
Sir Patrick Alec Pitt-Rogers
Chief Protector of the Raja of Cawnpore, Chief Adviser to the Raja of Cawnpore, Viceroy of the CCS, Fellow of Lincoln College, Oxford.
