World War One idea

A few days ago i was looking at the books at barnes & Nobles. I found a book about World War one in an alternate history where the Confederate States of America and the Union are still separate countries. Then when WW1 breaks out they both pick a side and there is an american front. I was thinking we could have a war like that?Except NS version.

The official names could be the same I think, just not the same countries.

You don't know that also. Trench Warfare is only allowed to defend places like cities and all that. Everything else will have to be a style of Blitzkreig.

The problem here is that, unless its ok with everyone else, I'll have to be the United States of America.

well trench warfare would keep us in one place it will have to do.

Also, if there were tanks, either the war would need to be near the end or it started later.

I am a history geek to. OKay Here are the rules(Draft)
1)Trenchs only for defending certain places like cities anything else must be a sort of charge/Blitzkreig
2)Tanks will come in later after the war
3)NO Arguements
4)Max troop deployment 1 Million Army, 500,000 Expeditonary force,10,000 Division

Actually the armies in WW I were usually all at least 2 million

You do realize that that first rule will get the attackers torn to pieces right?
The second one, why not just say no tanks?
There will always be arguements.
