The holy empire does not desire a military alliance. However we are very protective towards economical interests including trade relations.

We propose the following terms for an trade agreement.

- 3.5% tax rate for import and export
- 7.5% tax rate for import and export of alcoholic drinks
- No further trade limitations; exception rule, any hard and soft drugs are not to be traded.
- Rules only apply for commercial transportation (trucks, freighters etc. etc.)

We hope these terms are acceptable.
