The US was different. They never took any of our land and gave us 500 billion dollars to pay for damages. We did repair all of them, but then YOU came and destroyed it again. How have we been hostile. Last I checked, all we've done is threaten to bomb, set fire to our own oil rigs, offer to surrender the entire nation if you changed your name, and run away. Very terrifying. Your the nation who has bombed every major city and threatened us with over 20 WMDs. This war should never have happened, so how about both of our countries work together to make things like they never happened. You will return all the land you took from us to me, you will pay for 1/5 of all damages, and will change your name back. You will also move your military away from Iceland. What my nation will do for you is pay you for the dead soldiers in your army, and tighten security in Iceland to prevent this from happening again.

1980's- An extremely basic form of the "Internet" was started by private enterprisers.
1990's- Al Gore inventes a basic Internet service that becomes popular. You guys researching "WWW" means you are in the year 1990. Computers are fine.
I see an inconsistency in your researching. "wireless communications" when I hear "cellphones", which were invented by Motorola in 1973. The first "PC" was invented in the 70's and had no use for Internet, since it was just a DOS-format computer. It was used by mostly businesses, since it did not attract the home user until the late 80's, early 90's with the release of popular operating systems like Macintosh, Windows, and DOS. ARPANET was only provided at prestigious universities and really important institutions. So, you are literally researching a 2 kilo brick the size of someone's head, a computer the size of 2 TV's (the ones with the huge humps in the back) and running in DOS-format, ARPANET, which would be provided in really important places, because it would be expensive to provide to 300 million people. Just stoping by to tell you.
IC: Mexico does not recognize Puerto Rico. We give Puerto Rico the finger and ask them how exactly they will survive, since major economical powerhouses will not trade with him.

We understand that we were once allies. Iceland currently does not recognize Puerto Rico as an independent state. If you wish for our recognition of you, prove to us that you can stand up the 300,000 forces in Puerto Rico right now without our assistance.

You will be allowed to build MiG's but on a limited license. I can tell you which models to build only. For now, you may only build the MiG-17.

We ask that you allow us to build whichever MiG models we please. If you do, we will allow you to drill for oil on land in our colonies north of Russia. You will only be permitted to drill on the land of 5 islands that we suspect of being high in oil reserves. You may also drill up to 50 miles off the coast of these islands as long as an island is more than 50 miles away all around the island, excluding Russia of course. This is almost like leading you to the oil! So, what do you say to this? To: Puerto Rico
From: Iceland
Also, for us to recognize Puerto Rico as a nation, you must give us a copy of a document signifying your independence signed by your leader.

What if instead of allowing you to drill for oil on 5 islands, we allow you to drill on three with the same conditions for them as the previous offer, but in stead of letting us build whichever model we wish, you permit us to build up to one model behind you?

Numbers don't matter quality over quantity. There are no walls just so you know.
Using captured tanks and artillery they pound the troops in the city as 20,000 reinforcements arrive. The artillery pinpoints the enemy artillery and small units push forward using buildings for cover they advance to take out the mortars. F-14s and F-4s from the captured airfield fire at the city with missiles.

We wish to trade with you for F-4 palnes. You had said at one point yourself that they are now obsolete and that you have no use for them. We wish to purchase 3. If you have any other more up to date planes that you are willing to trade for, we will trade for them.

We asure you we will not use them against you unless your nation outright attacks our people for unjustified reasons. If that is not enough, our leader announced publicly when he took his throne that he has no intentions of making an enemy of the US as long as he is in power. He would rather heal old wounds than allow them to fester. We simply wish to increase trade between our nations, while ending old feuds. We would rather see eachother as allies, even if its minor, than major enemies
