I see an inconsistency in your researching. "wireless communications" when I hear "cellphones", which were invented by Motorola in 1973. A President For Iceland

Rising from it's ashes like a phoenix once again, Iceland has plans for a new form of government to limit corruption of its leaders. For the first time in history, elections will be held in Iceland to decide Iceland's first president! The powers of the president are below.

Anyways
the army keeps 80,000 troops around the city and block the coastline to make sure that now landing can take place, the few F-14 pilots are held back so that most will not get shot and will only get used when an air combat takes place. The army now reaches 125,000 troops and continues to grow slowly.
