"When they kick out your front door,
How you gonna come,
With your hands on your head,
Or on the trigger of your gun?
When the law break in,
How you gonna go
Shot down on the pavement,
Or waiting in death row?"

...What? I like The Clash.
Anyway, I was thinking of a war roleplay, canon or non-canon, whatever, doesn't really matter to me, but instead of focusing on strategy and who wins, focusing on the civilian side of warfare, in a city torn between two terrorist groups? It could be an individual roleplay or a whole terrorist group roleplay.
By civilian side of warfare, I mean the people there being recruited, threatened, bombed, et cetera. It's like guerilla, urban warfare.
Any interest or am I barking up the wrong tree here?
