I think it's that you can't maintain the weapons properly that is the issue. You would have bought them but your nation is so young that you will not have been able to develop any way to fire or safely contain them.

Personally I feel that if you have bought the weapons and are willing to RP that the cost has been taken from your budget then you should be allowed to use them. I'd prefer that you use them defensively but I'm not here to tell you how to run a nation.

It seems to me like we have somebody very young here, or at least immature. How old are you? 10? 12? I even know some people around the age of 16 that would have that attitude, but surely not many. I mean, really, anybody can go out and buy a box of extremely powerful .300 rounds, but I don't have a gun to fire them with, and I have no way to maintain them, so the gunpowder can crystallize and explode in my face when I finally try to fire them from a gun. But, hey, at least I have them, right?
