Today A Nuclear Launch was detected from The Leach Island Waters, It hit a small town just out of the Capitals radius. As sirens all round Leach Islands blazed panic engrossed the population of Leach Islands, as anarchy rose, cities began to burn. Not even the capital escaped as the Royal Palace burned to the ground. And in major international news, The Leach Islands has recently experienced a crisis beyond the scope of imagination. Somehow, and it has not yet been released, a nuclear warhead was launched and detonated just beyond the capitol city. There is as of yet no word as to whether this was an accidental launch by the Leach Islands themselves or an aggressive attack by a foreign nation or terrorist group. Even with favorable conditions, it is unlikely that the capitol will be spared from the deadly fallout. With a population of nearly one and a half billion citizens, the potential for catastrophe is overwhelming. Official government figures have not been released, but due to the size of the capitol, it is estimated that there could be well over 100 million casualties by the time the radiation poisoning has run its course. Hopefully, the government of the Leach Islands will be able to react and keep that figure as low as possible. Lately, however, reports state that the island has descended into near anarchy. There is no word from Lagrina as to whether or not Valipac will offer any humanitarian aid. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the Leach Islands tonight.
