IC: The Ultra-President, Sascha von Shredder, the daughter of the late Hans von Shredder, stood at her desk. In front of her were plans to reform Vlack Sturm's government. She was a blonde, young, woman with blue eyes and was born in the Russian Ultra-State. She had been a sergeant in the Army, then left because of her calling to the diplomatic corps.

Her young features made her look like a supermodel, but her attitude towards life was, a aggressive look towards the world and to life. She was similar to her brother, Max than to anyone else in her family.

She sent the following message to the leaders of the world

Today I have good news, Vlack Sturm is going to have governmental reformation. I was hoping some of the democracies are willing to lend a hand.

I have personally spoken with our President Michael Panas, and he is willing to lend economic and political organizers to your country, to help establish a practical, liberal government, and restructure your economy to fit a more egalitarian model. He also expresses his hope that this will lead to closer relations between our two peoples.

So I suppose everyone's read the telegram the Diplomatic Corps received recently. What did it say, again? "a land of capitalism and freedom," right? What a joke! A system in which the means of production are owned and run by a pack of rich oligarchs, who seek not to better the lot of humanity, but to increase their profit margin, is considered "free." Sure, I guess there is freedom in a capitalist system. The freedom to live comfortably for those that can afford it, and the freedom to die, or scrape by with a squalid existence for everyone else. Haven't these money worshipers ever heard that "Property is theft?" Food for thought, I guess.

But that's depressing. So I heard a joke the other day...

Sascha called the Nexus-controlled Economic Board of Vlack Sturm to discuss the growing resentment of the Sturmian people. The Sturmians, both human and Black Wolf were very proud people, who had their way of life changed by a nation of the Conglomerate, named Brewdomia... twice.

Even though the VS was trying to become closer friends with the Conglomerate, trying to make friendships, and trying to affirm their cool from a bickering with the Conglomerate's top nations, the VS was now more peaceful with a female leader. The Sturmians were working for better social well fare, health care, arms manufacturing, and agriculture were the biggest things in Vlack Sturm now.

The country had not been devastated to a large degree during the Bredomian-Sturmian War, which the Sturmians lost about 500,000 men and women. It was a defeat for Vlack Sturm and the people of Vlack Sturm did not want the war. But that didn't matter to them, they were now struggling with agricultural problems... the Vlack Sturmian nation was mostly deserts, tundras, mountains, jungles, forests, and rain forests. The rest of the nation was plains, which was good for farming.

This was what Sascha wanted to discuss with the Nexus.
