The Sailsian-Sturmian Conflict [IC, MT, Closed, ATTN Sailsia

[Vlack Sturm]

IC:
The Ultra-President, or the premier as he was called in by his early days. His name was Will Shredder and he was the son of Hans Shredder, the signer of Vlack Sturm’s surrender terms. Will had resented the treaty, since the reason was because the nation of the Belkan Provinces had threatened the use of Chemical Weapons.

The premier had given strict orders for the cities of Vlack Sturm to have embedded within that population: insurgents, terrorists, rebels, and paramilitary groups; just in case if the enemy forces invaded Vlack Sturm.

Once all the preparations had been completed, he sent three diplomatic plane to Ewa Beach, Belkan Provinces, and Sailsia. Each diplomat carried a letter to each of the sovereign leader of each of the three nations.

The letter’s contents:

Dear leader of nation-at-conflict-with Vlack Sturm,

The Sturmian Senate, Congress, Parliament, House of Reps, and the Council of Presidents have consulted me and the Military High Command. The following is let known, the United Ultra-States of Vlack Sturm hereby asks that Belkan Provinces apologizes for nearly killing off innocent civilians and military personnel. That also Sailsian warships are to leave Sturmian waters… or face the consequences.

If these terms are met the national Vlack Sturmian Military, the Ultra-State Militaries, and the State Militaries will stand down and the Vlack Sturmians will forget all insult to their national pride. If not, the Vlack Sturmian Armed Forces will attack and lay waste to your nations with our two allies… only if you’ll fight with honor on the battlefield.

Choose what is best for your nation… a total war or everlasting peace.

Dear Sir,

I think I speak for my entire nation as well as our allies, Sailsia and Ewa Beach, when I say that what we did was just, Salsia would have been destroyed at the time and there was a slim chance that any other measures taken by us (nuclear weapons aside) would have saved their nation from your "war machine".
So, No I will not apologize for something that you brought onto yourself, yourself having failed to realize that the nation of Salsia was guaranteed protection as said in the constitution the Vladivostok Alliance, which is one of the most powerful alliances in the world and indeed foolhardy to be messing around with.

As for your demands in terms of allied military withdrawal, any actions made by your forces against the allied nation of Sailsia will be seen as an a threat to both our own national interests as well as our ally Sailsia.

War will be declared and we shall respond to any such attacks with force, should any move be made against current allied positions.

I advise you to take great caution with what you decide to do

Dear Micheal Heimeroth,

The Vlack Sturmian people will not tolerate threats from Belkanian who almost annihilated friends and family. Also, for Sailsia, we didn't even know it existed until it suddenly said,"Stop Rearming!". The nation Vlack Sturm was preparing for a final war with the Shadow Shroud Empire, but the Sailsian government had to walk into an affair with the VS and the SSE.

As for that missile attack, the missiles were a weapons test not actually attacking Sailsia... let me explain: The missile were meant to destroy three abandoned cities in the SSE. However, a turncoat by the name of Colonel Jacob Wolf switched an order for the launch into targeting Sailsia, LR, and another nation. The turncoat was, happily to say, executed.

Now concerning the problem with Sailsian ships in Vlack Sturmian National Waters... they have five hours to leave VS National Waters or they will suffer the consequences. And since the leader of the Belkan Province will not swallow his pride, the National Vlack Sturmian Military, the Ultra-States' Militaries, and the States' Militaries have been all ready for war!

We have recently received a letter from your nation, and on behalf of the Ewacian government, we order you to cease and desist all actions against The Unified Republics of Sailsia, and The Democratic Federation of Belkan Provinces, or it will be you and your people that must face the consequences. We will invade, and we will destroy your nation, so I personally suggest you stop your actions immediately.

As of right now, the Ewacian Armed Forces is being mobilized, and I imagine you don't want them knocking on your door.

Will Shredder looked at the note from the Ewacian government and laughed, then he walked into the room full of his military commanders. He saluted each and everyone of them, then he sat down and said,

"Gentlemen and ladies, the Ewacian government wishes to harm Vlack Sturmian civilians... We will defend them, our homeland, and our great pride from these barbarians who call themselves men of justice. We will show them the true might of the Vlack Sturmian Armed Forces.

They have not messed with Will Von Shredder, but they have messed with my weak father, but they will soon perish in fire. The orders are that civilian causalities are to be at a minimum. Also, treat all POWs with respect, but do not surrender to the Ewacian, Sailsian, and Belkanian forces because they may not extend the same courtesy."

He finished his orders and got up, then General Imran Zakhaev stepped towards the ultra-president and said,

"Will, we must allow to step foot on our homeland."

"Yes, and we will not," said Will Shredder

"Good and thank you for hearing me out, Will," said Zakhaev

But Shredder did not respond, he entered his office and sent a message to the Ewacian leader

We will not stand down, because our nation was threatened by Sailsian ships. And you, my friend, support cowards who wish to hurt the innoccent and the weak by firing chemical weapons at our people. No more shall we have to deal with imbeciles.

The Belkan Capitol Building:
The president walked out, his papers held tight in his hand, flashes from cameras and shouts from the media reporters blinding and deafening him in a single stroke. He made his way up to the presidential podium, shuffling his papers into a neat, organised manner when he arrived. The reporters questions soon ceased and the Belkan Congress members already seated looked at him. All eyes were on him now.

He began his speech...

"I am speaking to you all from the Congressional room of the Capitol Building in Dinsmark. Yesterday, the Belkan Ambassador to the nation of Vlack Sturm handed their ambassador our reply to their demands of allied military withdraw from Sailsian waters and territories. And in a final note stating that, if any move be made by their forces against allied positions, a state of war would exist between us. I have to tell you now that reports of Sturmian forces' mobilization have been received, and that consequently this country is at war with Vlack Sturm."

Sweat developed on the back of his neck, it is very hot in here he thought as he flipped the paper over and creased it at the corner so it would flatten, he took a sip of water from the glass on the table next to his podium and continued...

"The current leader of Vlack Sturm, Will Shredder, has knowingly made moves against ourselves and our allies in the region, Saisia, and Ewa Beach. As stated quite clearly in the reply given to the Vlack Sturm Ambasador, any move made against allied positions in the region will be seen not only as a threatening of the allied nation of Sailsia, but also a threatening of our own national interests.
Even when peace existed throughout the region, the only goals of this man seemed to be the eradication of the nation of Sailsia, bringing it under Vlack Sturm sovereignity. After recieving reports of Ewa Beach's ultimatum sent to the governement of Vlack Sturm, giving them the option of Peace or War, it seems that war is all they want. "

He gently threw the page aside, it floating like a feather to the floor

"His actions show convincingly that there is no chance of expecting that this man will ever give up his practice of using force to gain his will. He can only be stopped by force, and we, and Ewa Beach are today in fulfillment of our obligations going to the aid of Sailsia who is so bravely resisting this wicked and unprovoked attack upon her people. We have a clear conscience, we have done all that any country could do to establish peace, but a situation in which no word given by Vlack Sturm's ruler could be trusted, and no people or country could feel itself safe, had become intolerable. And now that we have resolved to finish it, I know that you will all play your parts with calmness and courage."

Vlack Sturm City

The ultra-president, Will Shredder, stepped before the masses of soldiers and people. He was young, about 37 years old, but he had the aggression of an ex-Airborne officer. His eyes were green and his hair was dark brown with streaks of red. He had scar running down his face from a Gurkha Knife during the VS Civil War when he was eight years old.

Will Shredder spoke into the microphone with a cold, military voice;

"My people... sons and daughters of Vlack Sturm. The Ewacian and Belkanian ambassadors have given me their ultimatum after receiving my letter. I had given them a chance for peace, but they ignored it by not telling Sailsian ships to leave Vlack Sturmian National Waters. And I tell you, friends, that the Vlack Sturmian Navies will sailing from every port in Vlack Sturm... Their first target is Belkan Provinces."

His eyes showed hatred of thousands, he then asked some of his men to show the letters of the idiots who call them the men of justice. The crowd became enraged, and the Ultra-President continued.

"They, brothers and sisters, have ignored all peace options. Now my spies tell me that the Belkanian leader has told his people, we are in Sailsian waters, that we are evil, that we ignored the peace options, and that we are the ones who attacked Sailsia. NO MORE SHALL LISTEN TO LIES, NO MORE SHAL WE ENDURE THEIR IDIOCY, AND NO MORE SHALL WE ENDURE THEIR EVIL DOINGS!! Fight for your homeland, fellow warriors. Defend your homes with courage, my fellow non-Warriors. They end of the wicked haas come."

The crowds cheered and the soldiers, in orderly fashioned, left the area. And Will, smiled and turned to go in with his bodyguards.

"Admiral," the man stood and offered his hand, the admiral shook it and asked quickly, "So what's this all about?"
"We are from the Central Intelligence Division, and we have a few things you might want to see before deploying your navy"
he replied, picking up a briefcase that had been sitting on the floor, Reed noticed the briefcase was "chained" to the man's wrist.
They entered the digital code on the side and opened it. Inside it were satellite photos, photos of Vlack Sturm ports and cities.
"If you look closely at these pictures here you can see the Vlack Sturm Navy docked, this shows what we assume to be the bulk of their navy."

"So whats the point, your telling me information I already know." "Well, Admiral, if you look at this photo you can see very clearly the docking sections that are for naval vessels, but notice there's noting there. Now we are going off the assumption that those are used regularlarly" "So your thinking a portion of their navy is already making heading?"
"Yes, but after receiving information from our spies in Vlack Sturm, their leader clearly stated that their primary target would be us, the Belkan Provinces. Now, when you look at these deep ports, that can only mean submarines, right? The point I'm trying to make is that they may already be positioned around our ports ready to destroy any naval vessel that presents itself suitable to them"

Reed thought long and hard about the situation, if he spent time taking precautions, allied naval positions near Sailsia could be lost, but if he ignored precautions, he may loose half his fleet. He would have to pick the lesser of two evils

"Contact Admiral Constantine of the 5th Fleet, tell him I'll need his destroyers to sweep the harbor, after which we shall set out.
