John, or KAHUNA, used to serve in the GHOST Division before getting transferred to the JSF. His training there thought him all about explosives, sniper rifles and knives. As any other GHOST, stealth is his most lethal weapon and although he has quite the temper, he can keep his cool when he has to.

and do you have any idea how much noise that armour would make? solid plates are bad for armour, they're also weaker because of fixed and slightly reduced impact surface area.

seriously, however. the Novans like to keep some support open for JSF operatives when there's nothing going on in their own country, and with them in international waters, they can't be faulted for their positioning. If Lucinas attacked the Novans, i could RP a war... and i'd like a good standoff with all the JSF nations Vs. Lucinas

of course, Novograd wouldn't go for war, just a massive-scale espionage, sabotage and unmarked, deniable asset assaults
