13 civilians all carrying SMG's or assault rifles, slightly hidden in a truck that was originally supposed to deliver a stone shipment, and just 4 days after an incident matching this one occurred. I don't think they would be that nice to you. Plus, they would be thrown in jail for lack of ID.

Here's how this works

If you split up you will go to all the locations at once and will go through it much faster but it will be hard to keep everyone alive

If you stay in one group it will take longer and by the end there is a very likely chance of detection but the force will be stronger (you go to one location at a time)

and just so everyone isn't dissappoitned - you will not found the files to blame
