CURRENT STATUS

Not too long ago, Perishani forces attacked the major port of Rodonitsu, leveling the city and killing 20 million in an instant and displacing 35 million from their homes. The attack was believed to be an attempt to neutralize the Sakura Empire Fleet, which was doing exercises near the Nachi Islands. With this attack, Azurnailia has declared a state of emergency and a state of war against Perishna.
Now there is a major battle near the Multibase. This battle may decide the fate of Perishna. The battle has been won by Azurnailian forces. The Perishnai forces are separated and are in chaos. Now with real time connection with higher ups now disabled due to the loss of connection with satellites. The Entirety of Perishna has fallen into chaos. For god help Perishna, for no one else will.

This inhumane act of aggression was found to be from the now-dictatorship of Perishna. We shudder to think about the motives behind this attack on a brother nation of Daphomir. Therefore, we have no choice but to act in defense of our nation, as well as the defense of Azurnailia. In order to prevent more people from facing a similar fate, the New Republic of Daphomir hereby declares war on Perishna. Our brothers and sisters in Azurnailia will receive our full support, and we will ensure that together, we will put an end to the tyranny of the Perishnan regime."

1316 hours, 'KHAOS' Space Station Low Earth Orbit.

They remove the panel from the window. The target was visible from their height of 500 km over the surface. The region of Obekyumi or more specifically: the city of Rodonitsu. "Darichana*, this is KHAOS Command, we are prepearing for Operation 'New Order'. The crew is checking the last rods right now". The commander of the space force looked on her screen. Sat-15 should be ready soon.
"Do we have any personal near Rodonitsu?".
"Negative".
Good. Perhaps she could get a coffee while the crew was prepearing Sat-15. She unbuckles her seatbelt and flows from her chair. She pulls herself to the exit. And suddenly a call appears on the central communication panel to the right of her. The Rods are ready, and the crew has heading to the airlock. The commander flows back to her seat. She enters the password of 25 digits, and take out a key from a pocket on her blue overall. Sat-15 is selected. Now, which rod? She wonders for a while. 6,1x0,3 meter should be the one.
"Darichana, this is KHAOS Command, we are online. Requesting for launch."
"KHAOS, go ahead. Permission has been given by Nafida."
The commander puts the key in a red keyhole and turns it.
She looks at a map of the world on another screen besides her. She selects a dozen cities over the world.
Then she pushes a little red button and looks into the window. Sat-15 was firing.
She speaks into her microphone: "Rods are being launched from Sat-15. This is not a test. I repeat, this is NOT a test."
She looks at her computer once again and reads up for the entire space station.
"Rodonitsu, Locked. Firing rod O-6-5. This is not a test."

The rod of tungsten is released from it's satellite, before the rocket engine turns on. The rod reaches an enormous speed, the atmosfere slowly disassembling the outer shell. In less than five minutes, the target is hit. The power equivalent to a nuclear bomb is released. The surrounding area is hit by tremours, shaking the ground and razing homes. At least 30 million gone, in the blick of an eye. As a giant could of dust rises, The rest of the Perishnani Military intervene.

Back at the space station, a minor celebration takes place. A city was razed.
A soldier approches the Commander. "ma'am, We have locked all major cities of the CSL by the orders of Nafida. They are on standby."
The Commander ignores him.
"Kyuto City, Tokyahama, Okashima, Amatsuki, Rekuna City, Wataku, Agano, Okono and Mukina, LOCKED. Firing Ro.."

The power turns off. The whole station is black. Suddenly, they are bathed in red lights. The alarm sounds. What happened? Are they in danger or is it just a false alarm? Surely it was just the supply space shuttle that had connected to the station. Wait, was that gunshots? The small group flows forward. A corpse. They are fucked. Fom behind a cosmonaut kills them. The KHAOS is now under Free Perishnani control.

It was dark, cold even. The 桜黒戦隊 (Task force Zakura in Azurnailian) was returning from the Nachi Islands from exercises. They were moving in when a large light, brighter than the moon itself, flashed above Rodonitsu. In an instant, an explosion ruptured the silent wind. The dust from the explosion kicked up and was spread throughout the Obekimaru sound. When the dust was lifted, there was no no Rodonitsu. The Isegi tower, a show of Economic might. Had crumbled to the explosion. The shipgirls pulled up to the dock. Or rather, the city itself. The explosion itself was equal to that of an Asteroid. Utterly decimating the city and leaving a large created in its place. Not to mention that 20 million must have died in the explosion.

As Kawa Imashu was preparing for a campaign trip to Rodonitsu, in an attempt to sway the more Independence Party voters towards the Azur party. He turned in the TV to see a gruesome sight. In a mere second, Rodonitsu was wiped, submerged from the entirety of Rodonitsu Island. He know who it was, Perishna. He asked for the cameraman to come and begin filming
“My fellow countrymen,” he begun. “today is a day that will be remembered in utter shock in the minds of the Azurnailian people. Because yesterday on the 9th, the great city of Rodonitsu and its nearby cities, were suddenly and deliberately wiped from the map from a Tungsten rod. Launched from a Perishani satellite in orbit. We have already begun to make an intercept with 2 I-13x Space Salvacions. However, this cannot pass as a small threat. This is the culmination of the great trials. Because today, we free our ally from the clutches of Tryanny. Today marks the beginning of The Final Trial.” It had begun, units upon units were being sent to the North asiatic sea. They told the Satellite to move over neutral grounds. Before saying “Issekai kamaresuka” (That is a Azurnailian war cry.)

They approch the AA-gun and the nearby Radar. There stod 5 soldier in the dark. In less than 10 seconds, all 5 lay dead on the ground. The PSF-unit comes closer. They carefully plant an bomb on the AA-gun and the radar. They hastly run away and look back. A fireball consuming both instillations.

The TC10 transport helicopter flies over the presidential palace. The guards on the roof open fire. They are no match for the mounted machinegun on the helicopter. Whilst the enemy is suppressed, the two PSF teams of in total 20 black-dressed soldiers rappel down. They quickly kill the remaining guards and split up to find the president. Team one shots their way through the luxurious halls of the palace, before the end up in the press conference room. Good, they’ll just have to wait for team two to get the president, so (s)he could be executed on live TV.

Team two had split up in two. Five to search the office and five to search the president’s bedroom. After guning down several guards - and losing 3 PSF-soldiers in the process - they finally reach the bedroom. 20 minutes since landing. Reinforce should have arrived by now. They kick in the door. Nothing.
“Alpha, do you have visual on HVT?”
“Negative Beta, office is clear”

Suddenly, the two teams hears a voice from outside.
“THIS IS MAJOR TARAKU, YOU HAVE FIVE MINUTES TO SURRENDER OR ELSE WE WILL GO IN! WE HAVE SURROUNDED THE PALACE!”

Slicing him in half. As his upper body slowly slid off from the lower half. She turned to the other men. Her face had blood on it. Her normally blue eyes, now a dark shade of red. “Who is next?” She asked

OST-PARIS, ORDENSSTAAT HIGH COMMAND

In the halls of the French government, there was a certain tremor. War had erupted between two superpowers, Aznuralia and Perishna. Already, twenty million were dead, and a city was in ruins. It was obvious that something had to be done. But what? It was clear that Aznurlia would come for them, eventually. It was imperative, therefore, that the democratic nation be crushed under a Franco-Pershinian jackboot. However, with what certain members of the SS (Service de Surete) had named the French Spring, it was unfeasible to remove too many troops from the scene. Two of the collaborator legions deemed most problematic and some artillery were dispatched via warship by the Reichsmarshall.

The explosion could be herd from downtown. The capitol building was razed by the explosion. But yet again, she stood, unscathed. She fell onto her knees and began to cry. Knowing full well that once again, she had failed to protect the objective.

There was a lone ship sailing in those waters. She didn’t look Perishani, neither did she fly the Azurnailian flag. She flew that of a neutral country, Gohan. There wasn’t many on there, it was a merchant vessel in the waters. But yet, the Perishani decided to look closer at the ship. Because it was too suspicious to not.

The 9 shipgirls of each faction of the Azur lane stood beside each other, with the 3 Orochi Class BattleCarriers in the background. Behind that was over 20 million men. All ready to strike. The ARSSG Hero squadron flew above. And the waters were being patrolled by subs. All that was left was for E-51 to respond.

On the horizon, three French warships appear, flying the banner of the Bloody Sun. Approaching the Perishani fleets, it begins to broadcast a message. "We com to support you".

[The Grand Economic Consortium]

The Consortian fleet, in its full might, departed from the port of Grandeville. It was being led by the supercarrier DFM Grandeville, a massive ship capable of carrying 80 aircraft. In its CSG were plenty of other ships, like the DFM "Sentinel", ready to defend the fleet from any airborne threats with its SM-3 Block IIAs. Escorting the two ships were two Arleigh-Burke flight III destroyers, and, lurking beneath the waters, was a Block V Virginia-class submarine, equipped with a grand arsenal of cruise missiles. Behind the main task force was an America-class LHA carrying a contingent of 2,000 marines and their helicopters. The rest of the 3,00 marines were distributed among each ship, so that they could all be transported with ease.

DFM Grandeville, cyber operations room

A steady link to the Consortian SBSS optical sattelite network was maintained. Constant pictures of Perishna were taken, and each image analyzed. By now the locations of the major military bases in the enemy nation were known. In order to prepare for the upcoming battles on Perishnan soil, a small cyberattack had to be conducted, just to test their capabilities in this field. Consortian sattelite constellations monitored internet traffic coming from military bases, trying to identify the IP adress of the main router of Obakanga Naval Port. This process would take some time, as they would have to cross-reference their readings from sattelite constellations which could monitor internet activity to optical sattelites, making sure that the locations matched. Right now, the plan for a cyberattack was still in its reconaissance phase, with the operatives trying to find the IP and BSSIDs of the devices in Obakanga Naval Port.

The fleet sailed the sea peacefully, heading towards a land which will soon be liberated.

ANS Patria, 500km off Banara

The sharp prow of the ANS Patria cut effortlessly through the blueish waves as it approached Perishna, its steam turbines propelling it without complaint to 20 knots. The bridge windows looked outwards onto a serene sea, as Admiral Anatoli Kovalev surveyed the calm blue seas which met the calm blue skies at the distant horizon. The admiral gazed onto the horizon, as he sat deep in a slightly angered thought.

Perishna. A country Azmeny had history with, and hardly the good kind. A country which had propped up the fundamentalist pathseeker militants in his home country, and had caused great damage to the people of Azmeny. The admiral winced slightly as he thought on the fact that the friends and relative he had lost to the brutal Pathseekers could have been dispatched by Perishani guns, firing Perishnani bullets. He, like many Azmen felt a desire for revenge, as he prepared his naval task force for action against the state of Perishna.

In Azmeny, tensions with the Perishnani state ran deep, owing to its numerous atrocities, and flagrant violations of Azmen sovereignty and international law. Azmeny’s political classes had no desire to see General Franz Nafida in charge of the former Azmen ally, and the people of Azmeny had nothing but contempt and loathing for his fascist rule. They had had enough. Every man on the Patria, and on her escorts too had nothing but resentment for Nafida, and the fascist dictatorship which had its authoritarian stranglehold on Perishna. Every man therefore would act if necessary to get rid of it, and restore the government in exile. Azmeny’s armed force would do their best to restore democracy, seeing it as not just a duty, but an honour to as leader of the Collective Security League to spread the country’s democratic ideals, to bring freedom to the long-suffering people of Perishna.

Meanwhile, in the cavernous hangars of the vast warship, AZ-149 fighters were readied for takeoff, as technicians squirmed between the angular, blue-coated jets and swarmed around the, like bees in a hive as the carrier prepared for action. The stealthy jets were being readied to support Azmen operations to capture the city of Banara, and crews affixed missiles to them. The carrier would then launch fighter aircraft, attacking some 500km off the coast, well away from coastal anti ship missiles, but close enough for her fighter complement to attack air defences near Banara.

Then the first planes took off from the deck. The two catapults of the Patria sprung into action, as the first flight of AZ-149 fighters streaked from the deck into the brilliant blue skies, their afterburners shimmering orange as they embarked on a mission to attack enemy air defences near Banara to prepare for further Azmen military operations. The pilots then released KH-31 anti-radiation missiles, which flew swiftly towards their targets, their engines heating the air in a fiery glow. The Azmen pilots hoped their gamble would pay off- the small radar cross section of the stealthy AZ-149 meant they would be able to attack the radars of air defence systems before they could lock onto the swift-moving stealth fighters, but they didn’t want to be rash.

Meanwhile In Port Lovesby, Daphomir, 09:29 hours:

A few switches flicked and a couple of touchscreen swipes were all it took to start the fusion reactors that powered the DNS Flumenia's engines. As she slowly glided on the water from the dock, her imposing streamlined figure was visible to all on the shoreline, as she began her voyage to attack Perishnan ships around Azurnailia. The ship was abuzz with activity as the crew set out with their tasks of maintaining the reactors, scanning the area around the ship for enemies, contacting allied ships near Azurnailia, and so on.
Everyone knew what was at stake, and they wasted no time.

"We're sending the Flumenia over to help you guys," Captain Robert Perilson spoke into the ship's radio, speaking to the Azurnalian high command. "And we've also got three dozen other ships coming over, including carriers, destroyers, subs and what not."

DFM Grandeville

The whole fleet had arrived 300 km off Banara. They had stationed themselves far away from any civilian maritime routes and flights, outside the range of Perishnan marine radars. As such, the whole fleet was virtually invisible. As soon as they stationed, two E-2D Advanced Hawkeye AWACS aircraft rolled onto the flight deck and were launched in the air, climbing to 20,000 feet and surveying the sky for any airborne threats. After that, a secure communications link was established with TGEC mainland through the Milstar constellation, providing instant, secure communication. The Virginia-class submarine began patrolling the perimeter, while the whole fleet was on high alert.

Cyber operations room, DFM Grandeville
After a few hours of monitoring internet traffic, the specialists were able to find the IP adress of the main router of Obakanga Naval Port, a distributed DOS cyberattack could begin. With a well established botnet, the hackers began flooding the router eith requests, all from different IPs, redirected by sattelite constellations to conceal their location. Millions of requests were given to the servers of the military base, in an effort to shut down its access to the internet. This, of course, had the purpose of testing the enemy's cyber capabilities.

Meanwhile, in preparation for the amphibious assault on Banara, the America-class LHA moved 1 km away from the fleet, carrying 2,000 marines and around 100 armoured vehicles. Three special Consortian troopships, similar to the Japanese LCU-2001 but a bit larger carried the other 3,000 soldiers, the IFVs and APCs. They were almost ready for the amphibious invasion.

The E-51 was sailing near the Perishani ship. She flashed her lights to signal that they are a neutral ship. That was a lie. The Perishani vessel got to point blank range, when suddenly,

The flag of Gohan fell, and the flag of the Azur Lane flew. Before the Perishani could even react, a concealed gun located on the bridge of the E-51 flipped along with several other guns of various calibers. The crew got to the guns and a 2.2in HE shell got a direct hit in the Bridge of the Perishani vessel. Effectively killing the crew on the bridge. However in the distance, the figure of 3 French warships were approaching. In a tactical maneuver, the E-51 begun to retreat. However before she got out of range, the E-51 launched 2 Long Lance torpedoes. One didn’t arm in time and was a dud. The second one however, was a direct hit on the weapons ammunition. Exploding in a cataclysmic scene that rivaled the Pierre from Ocean Might.

On the deck of the Azurnailian flagship Orochi stood The 9 High Admirals. The 9 Commanding Shipgirls. They waited for the signal from E-51. After some time waiting, a signal.
“There are 3 French vessels in the vicinity. Proceed with caution” After waiting what felt like eternity, the attack could commence. On the commanding bridge of the Orochi, Rear Admiral Matias Torres have the authorization to load the guns.
“Load the guns! HE shells”
One of the lower officers asked where was the target. He pointed to an offshore oil platform. He told them that it was a warning shot, and that it would bring a dent into their oil production. Each of his step echoes in the hall whose walls are of bare concrete. Every soldier or officer, he passes, stops up and gives a salute. How could the naive nations of CSL and CAF even think that they have a chance against Perishna? His proud nation with the strongest and most well-armed and modern millitary?
