The response was sent back quickly, though the Kirovs that now acted as relief vessels were demanding Gonswanzan logistics to pick up the recovered and wounded. The task force however was slow to get within striking distance, soon launching AWACS and later J-105s to strike against rebel positions stubbornly refusing to fall. Missiles would not be fired, not yet, given the war seemed to be winding down. At least, given the CSL's outright destruction in the area.
