Yup, just one man left. The captain himself. He made sure everyone else got off.

Have to hand it to ya, you’ve done well. Both in winning this and also pressing for reform anyway. Continue this and you, not I will be an NS superpower.

Seriously, feel free to delete my country from existence if y’all want. I don’t care anymore. If you sanction me to the Stone Age, I accept. If you invade, I’m fine if the CSL isn’t involved. I don’t want to have others hurt for my actions.

We’ll see what happens. The EF is against invading, while Derez is in favor of it. That’s what I can say about my nations.

Naturally. How many positions in Kostane are elected, in the lower levels of government? Roughly speaking.
Each city has local representation and regions have governors, but this is all a technicality. Admiral James Port is technically just one of three High Officers who was elected just before the civil war. The other two radicalized in the civil war, while Port led a neutrality front that eventually united Kostane. Since then elections have not been held, so Port has seized absolute power. Port serves a 10-year term as a high officer, and declared a permanent state of emergency that authorizes him to have direct control over the entirety of the nation.

Eh. I wouldn't really like to do that, though. Your presence on NS is a net gain.

Well, no. I personally feel with a lot of these wars, where the CSL has been involved all I’ve done is deter new players joining, by defeating countries and just not being very nice. You, with the ISD and its promise of non interference actually have done something good. You’ve looked out for the “little guys” of NS, who would otherwise be left at the mercy of bigger players.
All I’ve done is bully and intimidate people while running away from any fight with a near-peer adversary.

For real though, at least about your point of the ISD. Got me into NS, and the EF is already becoming relevant after its first war. Seriously appreciate Volkovograd, Arakhkar, and all the other ISD members.

That’s all any alliance every does. The difference is that the ISD and such have no real commitment to values besides their own defense, so any sort of person saying “they’re imperialist” would be like “well… yeah, so?”

Well, I don’t know about that. Volkovograd in particular is a real piece of work. The nerve of that guy!
(If you don’t know, I am Volkovograd…)

You know what? The CSL was like that when it was way, way smaller, almost a year back now. Got a lot of people into NS RP, and for a while we were the freedom fighters against KTO hegemony.
I miss that original energy, that kinda positive vibe that we were doing the right things and making great progress. Now it all seems a bit hollow, like that old phrase. “Die a hero or live long enough to become the villain.”
