The Allied States of Leavatia has it's Independence

After a declaration of independents was sent to the nation of Demetrius, There was a short civil war. The war was known as the 11 day war because the Laevatian Security Force (LSF), which controls the all aspects of the military, managed to defeat the larger Demetrian Military. This was mainly due to the fact that the Demetrian Military had a really bad commander in charge at the time (they fired him and got a better one). Although Leavatia is safe for now, the LSF is building itself up for an anticipated attack to reunite the two countries.

"Hmm? Who are these breakaways from Leavatia?"

The Hell Princess sipped her red wine, her second glass of the day. Opposite her sat Councillor Luiferia Fraunic, copying Her Infernal Majesty by casually letting a trickle of the beverage drip into her mouth, before setting it down on the coffee table between them. The only light in the room came from the fireplace on the right of them, though a few illuminations of twilight bursting into the room via the cracks in the silken curtains which covered the bulletproof windows on the wall behind Seria Blackfire.

Luiferia coughed before speaking. "We know little of them, apart from that they have declared their independence from Demetrius, whoever they are. A short civil war followed, lasting approximately eleven days, thus the name 'Eleven Day War'. It appears the former are preparing to invade the latter to attempt to reunite the two countries. Not much to work on, then," The Councillor downed the last of her wine, awaiting Her Infernal Majesty's response.

"True. The logical approach would be a stance of neutrality. After all, these rebels could advocate any form of idelogy," Her Infernal Majesty spoke. "Of course, if they are Satanic Jingoistics, we could always gurantee support...but there is little chance in that." Her Infernal Majesty stared into the fire, watching it crackle like hell, that sacred land. She slowly turned to face the Councillor, her black eyes - she suffered from anrindia - demanding an answer from the seductive lesbian.

"Of course. I shall draft up a statement soon. For now, Your Infernal Majesty, you can return to raiding Genesis Hall on Hellcraft."

Leavatia is a totalitarian state with an Empress as the head of state, with elected officials in charge (with very limited power) of each state called Imperial Overseers. Their are two Imperial Overseers for each state and their is 4 states in the country.

The Country doesn't have a formal army. But they have a very large well trained police force called the Leavatian Security Force (LSF) and a group of body guards called the Loyal Defenders who are tasked with guarding the Imperial Overseers and the Empress.

We, the grand nation of Gracefall, having, in recent months, a terribly lethal civil war of our own, do offer a hand to both sides to keep peace and make sure collateral damage is not sustained by either side.

As it stands, we are not a nation to monger war, and we allow peaceful revolution within it's own set of laws and keeping citizens safe. However, this is an all out war, and we simply can't allow this revolution of sorts to escalate any farther than it needs to.

We offer 1,000,000 troops to keep the peace, and, in fact, they are en route as we speak. Any resistance from either side will be met with appropriate force in the same direction.

We will give you a fair warning - all those that attempt to break peace, break the philosophies of the Grand Leader, which is peace, prosperity, and equality. All attempts to defile these philosophies, such as war out of other things than self defense, or genocide, or segregation, will be met with a fair amount of hostility.

We do not intend to shoot everyone and call it a day. We are not one of stupid foreign policies, but we must make sure our economic interests, along with innocents, are kept safe.

Duemo was sitting cross-legged beneath a tree, looking very much a Buddhist- indeed a fitting image, as she had been studying the Middle Path much of her adult life, in addition to being a political force for the Progressive party.

She was also smoking a cigarette, which looked rather comical when contrasted with her peaceful and meditative stance. Letting forth a cloud of whispy gray smoke, she glanced down at a memo regarding a new break-away state.

Jimanistan could gain influence there, and with Verdon in the hospital, well... He will stay there awhile, to be sure.

Yes, We do have objections. Me and the Overseer Council do not want a foreign military occupying our country. We are not going to start anything because it would be pointless to do so. The Demetrian Government is most likely to invade, and that is when we shall defend ourselves.

I am most pleased to hear of your enthusiasm regarding the possibility of diplomatic relations. We should like to establish an embassy within your capital city (whatever city that may be), and, in reciprocating, we would be honored if the People of Leavatia should choose to establish an embassy in our city of Verdemont.

Furthermore, we should like very much to meet with the Leadership of your Nation, and discuss the possibility of an even closer relationship between our two peoples. Parachutes filled the air like clouds to the sky, the whirring of the blades of helicopters constant overhead. Birds chirps were overcome with the sound of troops yelling their positions to their leaders, guns cocking and the clicks of other machines.

They were awhile from the borders of Leavatia and Demetrius, so as to not be shot down by any anti-air forces near.

"ETA?" Asked Military Leader "Emerald" Jack Halaned to a scout coming back on a portable motorbike, a helmet covering his face, the voice changer installed in the mask creating a robotic tone.

The masks couldn't protect against bullets at all, but they were rather there, supposedly, to give a sense of unity.

Really it was more to scare the ever-lovin' crap out of enemies. Faceless, bulletproof goons were more scary than people with families and loves and ugly faces that happened to have guns, right?

Right.

"About 15 minutes, plus time to set up camps." The scout said, watching as the mass amount of soldiers unpacked portable motorbikes similar to his, them being the only thing other than a sidearm and some spare ammo inside the heavy, large backpacks they all carried.

"Good. Good. We'll take any settlements between their borders and make sure nothing breaks out."

"Go, troops, go!" He said, hopping onto the scout's bike and watching as the helicopters flew off, the last of the troops trickling down from them.

Send the LSF 1st and 2nd division to the boarder and dig in, but do not fire. This is only a preemptive mater just in case they try anything funny.
