From the Heads of the Rhodmhire Military Colaboration Branches
Recently, Rhodmhire's population has exceeded 100,000,000 citizens. Demographic density is increasing, unemployment is on the rise, and we at the Rhodmhire Military Colaboration (RMC) have decided now is the best time to begin nuclear and space development.
Please note, we do not wish to purchase any large amounts of technology or weaponry from other nations. Furthermore, we do not plan on testing or launching any space probes, satellites, nuclear weapons, and so on for some time. We only wish to begin a platform for future projects, launches, and so forth.
To outline this plan, until our population reaches 200,000,000+, we will be hiring engineers, and graphic designers to begin developing possible weapons and space devices for the future.
During this period of planning and designing, we would like to make as many alliances as possible with other small and large nations who plan to make, test, develop, or launch nuclear weapons or space technologies in the near or distant future. We believe a strong alliance will allow us to help each other and secure each nation's defense against powerful modern-day weapons.
Please also note, we do not intend to make powerhouse nuclear war mongers out of small nations that cannot handle nuclear weapons. To apply for the alliance, a population of 100,000,000+ is required for us to share designs and plausible technologies. We will begin distributing weapons and space technologies to any nation over 200,000,000+ in small amounts.
We hope that Rhodmhire can help build a future of defended nations in a hostile world.
We plan on launching our first nuclear missile and space probe in approximately one month, when our population reaches over 200,000,000.
