"The gas attack is a failure. Do you have a C plan?" The general asked a scientist. "We have a titanium net held by four large construction helicopters. It was observed in his attack on Area 57, Ghidorah couldn't penetrate titanium." He paused as the safety alarm sounded. "The gas has dissipated safely." She removed her mask.

"With the weighted net holding him, it should be able to freeze Ghidorah in place and build a refrigerated containment dome. We have units just behind the choppers." "Do it." The choppers dropped the weighted net. Ghidorah struggled.

Trucks now rolled up and began spraying liquid nitrogen between the links of the net. Soon Ghidorah was solid ice. A third line of trucks rolled up and a massive refrigerated dome was dome was assembled around Ghidorah. Four plasma reactors both powered and cooled the prison ice dome.

But.... can Ghidorah escape his icy fate?

About a month later, energy that Ghidorah had concentrated (he was conscious during the freezing) heated up his body so much that the ice began to melt.

With a soft roar, he began to move slowly again, the movement heating his body more.
Once fully unfrozen he looked around, noticing his captivity.
He used his gravity beams, but couldn't break through the heavy ice.

So he used brute force.

Bashing into the ice, he stepped back and charged again.

CRRRRKK!
The ice cracked. He tried another time.
CRRR-ASSH!
He burst through the icy dome with a mighty roar, filled with pure rage.

Area 69. Mecha-Rodan 2 was deemed fully operational. Mecha-Rodan 3 however was still in debugging. A radio alert was received. Ghidorah was about to break through the concrete outer dome of his icy prison.

Mecha-Rodan 2 was airborne and racing to help Mecha-Rodan 1. Two squadrons each of Apaches loaded with Hellfire missiles and Napalm-laden A-10s joined them. Tanks, IFVS, MLRS, Patriot missiles, and Sky Tiger Flak Panzers were readied. Addition, ten U-boats stood ready just off Braxtonville stood ready to give cruise missile support.

Secret Panzer Testing Ground. "General, the MOGUERA 'Daddy' and 'Junior' units are fully debugged. We won't have time to air lift them to defend Trade Co city. However, they are being sent to aid in the defense of other zones." The scientist told them.

Mecha-Rodan pulled away. "Commander, we cannot launch a tornado spin attack due to battle damage." "Weapons to Commander, suggest plasma only attacks until Mecha-Rodan 2 arrives." "Agreed."

Pew-Pew-Pew! Green plasma bolts slammed into Ghidorah! "Communications to Commander. Mecha-Rodan 2 is here." "Suggest tornado-spin attack!" Mecha-Rodan 2 hovered as it crossed its wings.

It began spinning violently and the wind picked up as an EF-5 tornado spun towards Ghidorah. Its funnel literally picked Ghidorah up and slammed him to earth a mile away, in some empty woods.

"Mecha-Rodan 2 to Mecha-Rodan 1. We'll need to cool down before next spin up time. We can still fight with energy weapons." "Use plasma, lightning doesn't hurt Ghidorah." "Affirmitve." The two Mechs hovered, firing plasma bolts at Ghidorah.

Can Ghidorah win this fight?

Ghidorah got up, enraged.

He flew up into the air, storm forming once more. Thunder rumbled and lightning flashed as the dragon flew back and swooped down, knocking Mecha Rodan 2 down.
He flew back down and barraged the knocked down mech with gravity beam upon gravity beam.

Mecha-Rodan 1 barraged Ghidorah with a hail of plasma bolts. Mecha-Rodan 2 became airborne and began backing away, still firing plasma bolts. "Attention all, air, ground and sea units. We need your help."

Off the coast near Braxtonville, the ten U-boats salvo-fired 80 Tomahawk cruise missiles, which slammed into Ghidorah, blanketing him with explosions. The U-boats fled for home The A-10s then dropped dozens of canisters of napalm, engulfing Ghidorah in a sea of fire.

Tanks, MLRS, IFVs, Patriot missiles, Sky Tiger flak panzers, Apaches all joined in bombing Ghidorah. But Ghidorah seemed to be tiring. And he was moving away from the city of Tradeco.

Can Ghidorah escape?

Ghidorah was indeed tired, and wanted to get away.

He spread out his wings, channeling his energy into his powerful lightning blast from his wings.
After doing so, he flew back up, accidentally smashing his leg into a building and having scales fall off.

Firing a few gravity beams at Mecha Rodan's eyes, he flew away while a storm followed.

The building at Trade Co. City was an abandoned junker. There was no loss of military equipment or life. However, both Mecha-Rodans would need major repairs and would be down for a while.

The deployment of the MOGUERA 'Daddy' and 'Junior' units went smoothly. One per infantry squad was issued. GUNCO's CEO was called to a senate meeting. "Mr. Coleman, did you use classified technology in developing and building the MOGUERA robots?"

"No, the robots are solely a development of GUNCO. We've been working on a security robot since 1987. We developed MASER heat ray technology on our own. The DVDs I've given you show that." The committee adjourned for a week to study the DVDs."

Axel Coleman was called back. "Mr. Coleman, we wish to build a giant MOGUERA. It will be equipped with plasma guns, artificial lightning, and Masers to fight Kaiju like Ghidorah."

"How can this be possible?" asked Axel Coleman. "Mecha-Rodan's technology means its feasible as a robot. Panzer-suits are far more complex than mere robotics." explained an Area 57 scientist whom had analyzed the data GunCo had given them.

Axel looked at his lawyer. "Go ahead with what we discussed." "We will give you technology of the MOGUERA and it's MASER at no cost. However, there will be a price."

"Name it. First, any technology you develop from this, GUNCO get exclusive rights for three years. Second, no bans on the MOGUERA units, or any kind of gun or weapons at all." The senate unanimously voted to approve this proposal and Project MOGUERA was born.

NOTE: MOGUERA stands for Mobile Godzilla Unit Eradicator.

Ghidorah continued flying until he was too tired to.
Gliding down, he landed onto a nearby mountain, where he rested, gaining back lost energy during the fight.

He had been somewhat of a coward, not engaging in much close-combat. This was going to change.

March 15th, 2024: United States White House

"Can someone, anyone, tell me why communications with Paris and Southeast Asia just went dead?!" Ashley Bridges, a first-term president who had only been in office for six months by this point, yelled over all the personnel in the Oval Office before one of her secret service agents grabbed her right arm to get her attention.

"We need to get you to the Emergency Shelter now, Miss President." The secret service agent said, voice colored with concern. Recognizing the situation, Ashley nodded and followed the agent. A few moments later Vice President Hoover would also be escorted to the White House Emergency Shelter to be briefed on the situation at hand.

Inside the war room, the Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Chief of the Navy, Director of the CIA, and many generals either sitting or standing around a glass table. Dozens of files were scattered across it, several with red text plastered across them.

To put it shortly, the entire place was a mess, officials, aides, and generals darting to and fro as they scrambled to put together a response to Ghidorah.

Toxic Waste Dump City Deserted Beach,
0245 AM.

The tiny, golden rattlesnakes arrived. Giant mutant Cobras ate them, not knowing what would happen. Their Ghidorah cells mutated with the toxic waste already in their blood. They grew to 50 feet long and began making electronic Ghidorah-sounding noises. Some swam out to sea.

A man walking his dog for exercise nearby saw three of them slithering towards town. He picked up his dog and ran into a convenience store and called 911.

Five minutes later, a lone police car arrived. "Look, Sarge!" a patrol man said. "There it is." He pointed at a Golden 50 foot long Cobra. It made electronic, Ghidorah-like noises as it crawled towards their position. "Cody and Jody. Get those shotguns from the cruisers. He himself grabbed a Beretta Model 1 submachinegun and radioed for both SWAT and Landsturm back up."

They then walked towards the monster. BOOM-BOOM-BOOM! The two revolving .20 gauges were emptied into it. The buckshot simply bounced it. DA-DA-DA! The submachinegun joined in but wise likewise ineffective.

WOOOOOOOOOO! The SWAT team arrived and firing Mini-14 assault rifles and MP5 submachineguns into the giant snake. It hissed and sprayed them all with acid, dissolving them and the van to green goo instantly.

Of all things, citizens armed with guns and three baby MOGUERA units rolled up. Pistol, revolver, shotgun, machine-pistol, assault weapons and submachineguns rattled away at the giant snake.

DAT-DAT-DAT-DAT-DAT-DAT-DAT-DAT! The robots faced the giant snake in a U-shaped formation. Their V-shaped antennas rotated. ZEEEEEEEEEECCCCCCCHHHHHHH!

Their combined Maser eye beams literally both decapitated it and cauterized both stumps involved. This beast was dead. The more enterprising among them begin skinning it with knives.

The giant Mutant Cobra's Ghidorah-like scaly skin disappeared into vests, holsters, hat bands, boots, and knife and sword sheaths. CB radio, 2-meter ham radio, Cell phone and PDA spread the word: leather working was now big business in Toxic Waste Dump City.

And the pure ivory bones were seized by artisans who made them into knife handles, sword handles, pistol grips, and engraved drinking tankards. Business indeed boomed here.

By the time the Landsturm arrived, they were surprised that the situation was resolved.

Several weeks later... Audra loved her Ghidorah-snakeskin turtleneck sweater. It fully comfortably covered the zone from the top of the neck through her nether regions. It was breathable but repelled moisture and dried instantly after being washed, too. It never tore and was odor proof, too. And it never stained, but was armless!

Audra's family was poor, so they approved of her wearing such garb. She worked as an apprentice DJ for a local radio station. She wore pixie-cut hair and thrived at her job.

The fact she saved and bought things the Ruger family needed endeared her family to her. Air conditioning, socialized veterinary medicine and like good things came to the trailer.

Both her mom and dad worked. Her younger brother was a junior navy cadet. He had passed his Oerlikon cannon qualification was assigned to coastal patrol boat, Monday through Wednesday until noon Thursday. Crimetopolis B would be years from having a major
surface fleet after Ghidorah's raid on Toxic Waste Dump City.

He was a good kid' she thought. He went with his Dad every Friday to help him every Friday at his animal control job. He liked his puppy, video games, jetskis, rock music, and takeout.

But Junior was the baby was the baby of the family. Victoria was a Landsturm Technical Sargent. She was assigned to command a Sky Tiger Flak Panzer. Deanna was a machine-gunner full corporal.

It was a blazing hot when Audra finished walking home from day shift. She cashed her paycheck at indoor ATM. She wore a purse but used a wallet to hide valuables.

Christmas Club. Savings Account. Checking. Pocket money was last. She walked towards a Convenience. Store, non-alcoholic drinks on her mind.

From a nearby alley, 3 men emerged, facing. One had a boar spear, the second had a machete, and the third had a .357 magnum Ruger SP101 revolver. They were dirty, long-haired, and bearded. They smelled of bad hygiene.

"Your purse or your life." Boar Spear said. "Sure." She dropped it, She wore long sleeve cargo short and a fanny pack. Along the aforementioned wallet. These were where her keys and valuables were kept, too.

She began walking away at a brisk pace. "Hey, it's empty!" snarled the machete-wielder. "GET HER!" The boar spear-wielder stabbed her in the belly.

But her Ghidorah-snakeskin full armless turtleneck deflected his thrust without a scratch. Audra used a stun gun on him and maced the revolver man. She grabbed his .357 magnum and made all three fill her purse.

They fled in terror. She stuffed the SP101 in her purse and it fit. She went into the Convenience Store and used its bathroom. Despite being thirsty, she needed to dump, badly. She threw the cartridges into the toilet. All businesses were on city sewer.

WHOOSH! Her problem was. She cleaned up and secured the revolver. She
drank a bottle of water, and got some ice cream and energy drinks. She rode the bus home. and got home.

She been thinking about thinking buying a gun. She liked the Claridge Hi-Tech Pistols Junior, Victoria, and Deanna were issued, but wanted something more compact. In preparation for buying a gun and she had bought a cleaning kit.

She cleaned the revolver. She checked what she had captured. 10 gold rings with diamonds, a thousand dollars cash, and three gold ruby bejeweled pocket watches.

Since apprentice DJs got Fridays off she checked her calender. Good no appointments. The next morning she rode the first bus to a GunCo store. "That revolver will get you three hundred dollars. She rode the bus to the biggest jewelers in town. "The ten rings will you you three thousand in cash."

She left richer, but put five hundred each in the savings and Christmas club. At her trailer, she put Five hundred each in her emergency vet fund and her general fund in fireproof safe.

She knew the best prices for the three watches would be gotten Little GTA Vice City or Hurricane Furt. Malmouth's was the biggest high end jewelry store in the country.

They had branches in Little GTA Vice City, Tradeco City, Hurricanefurt and Auto City. She checked Judy's Jetboats. They had implemented a jetboat bus service that was only one hour to get to Hurricanefurt, the nearest Malmouth's.

She left caught the 8 a.m. $7.50 one way whereas the bus took three hours to Hurricanefurt one way. She rode with 60 other passengers.

She monitored her PDA. Once there she caught a bus to Malmouth's
The store clerk looked at them. "Flawless. We'll have to go you a prepaid debit card to pay you. We don't keep more than $50,000 cash money on hand. You'll getting a hundred thousand dollars. These are antiques that stolen in a pirate raid on a settlement called
Rolsmouth in1897. It was destroyed by a six funnel tornado that obliterated the city in 1898, killing 1.1 million and wounding three million more. Because its terrain was not suitable for underground shelters, the city was abandoned."

He smiled. "Somebody wants to greet you." He pressed. An Elderly Gentlemen walked out." "I am Darrin Malsmouth and we have search for this treasure since 1898."

"My ancestor, Mable Malsmouth was killed in a gun fight with these same pirates defending this very treasure. Her revolver ran out of ammunition while a pirate's Mauser c96 automatic pistol did not."
"He was captured in Braxtonville and electrocuted in 1924."

"Thank you for restoring my family's heritage. Here is an additional debit card for six million dollars. Live well, my friend."

To say Audra was wise with her cash was an understatement. She put it in certified deposit in Unibank. Federally insured and each family member got one each.

Ghidorah quickly noticed the ships, getting distracted from the aircraft he was chasing down.
With a roar, he blasted some of his gravity beams, though quite erratically. The beams hit water around the ships, creating waves of water and making the water unstable and shaky.

Quickly flying down, he landed in a water with a large dump, water splashing everywhere, also bringing the storm with him. One of the three heads dashed at one of the ships.

In quick succession, the monster shot off multiple strange beams at the fleet. Miraculously, none of them struck any of the ships. However, they seemed to have an effect of bending the water around them, creating violent freak waves that tossed the Cíclope and her sisters all over the place. Massive walls of water pummeled the side of the ship and crashed over the open top deck. Plates, vases and glassware shattered with a deafening cacophony as they were thrown about by the raging sea.

"Holy sh--!" yelled Ferrando. The captain grabbed onto the helm with all his might, desperately trying not to get swept overboard and dodging the barrels rolling out of control on the deck. The waves paused long enough for his men to load the cannons for a broadside ‒ but before they could fire, the giant creature suddenly turned away and started charging toward another ship, the Medusa.

Crrrack! One of the three heads smashed directly into the deck, sending pieces of wood flying everywhere. The Medusa's captain decided to try repelling the monster with magic. He commanded his mage to create an enchantment barrier around the ship, hoping it would block the monster's attacks. But it was no use. The creature reared its three heads and charged again, ramming the magical barrier at full speed. The mage let out a yelp as he was violently thrown backward by the impact. He was sent briefly flying through the air, then came to an abrupt halt when his head slammed into the mast, and he collapsed unconscious on the deck with a thud.

"Back off! He's too powerful!" Ferrando shouted across the commotion. The fleet broke off pursuit and seemed to retreat, disappearing into thin air with a cloaking spell. But the Royal Geographic Society wasn't the type to surrender or give up, particularly not Ferrando. He decided to stay out of sight and follow the monster at a distance, to see where it would go and what it would do next. That would give him a chance to figure out what its weaknesses were, and the best way to engage it in combat. In addition to cannons, his ships were carrying a completely new type of weapon: acid bombs. However, they were still an untested and unproven invention, and he only had a few dozen of them, so they had to be saved as a last resort.

Over the last couple of weeks, Ferrando and his men had been tirelessly trailing behind the monster, as it went on its rampage of destruction from one place to another, and engaged in skirmishes with weird-looking foreign ships and even weirder bird-like flying metal contraptions. From what he learned, while its strength and attacks were formidable, it had somewhat limited energy and needed to rest often, and tended to prefer quick strikes rather than drawn-out conflict. Perhaps, with the monster already weakened from its previous battles, his crews could wear it down enough to go in for the kill. In addition, the creature seemed to have an emotional connection to other reptiles, which they could maybe use to their advantage.

Now, they found the monster perched on top of a nearby mountain, resting. Ditching their invisibility spells, the Cíclope and her sister ships could now be seen again. As they were not equipped to fight on shore, they decided to lure the monster out to sea, by having the mages shoot brightly-glowing magic blasts into the sky, toward the mountain.

Ghidorah slowly awoke from his slumber, noticing the light.
He decided to save his energy, and began walking towards it.

The three heads conversed in soft roars as he continued walking.

Unbeknownst to all below, Liberion's extensive network of spy and military satellites monitored Ghidorah's every move from on high, the Liberionian government intent on not letting the kaiju out of its sights while it organized a response.

"We also have a refrigerated and frozen canister of Ghidorah cells for your scientists to study. Hopefully, they can devise things that will help both our nations. What say you?"

The Crimetopolis Ambassador and his staff enter the room. "Mrs. President, we have extensive experience in fighting Ghidorah. Here are DVDs with the data you need." He paused. "May we send Mecha-Rodan 2 and 500 MOGUERA units to help defend against Ghidorah."

"We also have a refrigerated and frozen canister of Ghidorah cells for your scientists to study. Hopefully, they can devise things that will help both our nations. What say you?"

President Bridges and her staff would graciously accept these offers, beginning to draft up plans to deal with Ghidorah

Mecha-Rodan 3 landed at Andrews Air Force Base. Hours later, transport planes landed. The Moguera units were sent to the Pentagon. Fifty of them were deployed in defense of that area.

"Additionally, now that Flak panzer Sky Tiger is full production, we will be sending 5% of production to America." A Crimetopolis general briefed the president and her staff. "A transport plane is inbound."

A veterinarian held a tiny kitten. It was a Calico. "Who that?" "It's the president, and she helps lead her people." The kitten was now silent." "This is a Miracle Pet. This is as big as she'll get. They can to talk and translate animal speech for us. They can also detect violent storms and Kaiju activity up to one hour in advance."

AREVALA EXPEDITION. Some Crimetopolis B Forest Rangers saw them from the bunker they were assigned to monitor Ghidorah. They radioed Forest Ranger Central whom radioed the Navy.

Moments later, a U-boat surfaced near the Arevala fleet. Its captain Got on a loud hailer. "We are from Crimetopolis B and extensive experience in fighting Ghidorah. We wish to talk to your leaders."

"We are sending a raft over with our captain. We come in peace and our of no danger to you in anyway. We will board only with your ship's permission." The captain said over the loud hailer. A small motorboat left the U-boat and went out next to Ferrando's ship.

"May we come aboard?" asked the captain.

Area 57. The general approved of the progress report. "Moguera ready for testing in ten days.

Toxic waste dump city.
The giant Cobra-Ghidorah hybrid snake rested i after being gassed by animal control. It airlifted to Area 57 for study in one of it's underground labs. Perhaps it's acidic venom could be synthesized into a gas or poison to kill Ghidorah.

Soldiers with flamethrowers and Moguera units stood guard. But no incidents happened. The flow of gas was able to keep him stunned as scientists milked his venomous acid.

Washington D.C. Mecha-Rodan 3 orbited the city. Moguera and regular units stood ready to repel to repel a Ghidorah attack.
A Crimetopolis B Civil Defense official recommended all hospitals and veterinary clinics underground in the city's subway system.
"Extensive experience has shown people will take cover if they can bring their dogs and cats, too."

VIPIR radar units were deployed along regular radar units. Meteorology was yet another way to monitor Ghidorah. The white house. the Miracle kitten in the veterinarian's arms seemed agitated. "Bad Golden sky thing coming." The veterinarian soothed Kallie. He then placed her inside a kitten carrier.
