Eh, no. If you can make PMT/FT weapons, they have to be built over a time.

The least amount of days (in rp) for PMT weapons to be finished is 10. The least for FT is 50.

Apart from some people having magic, Arevala is a medieval PT nation, so they wouldn't even know what cells are, much less how to clone them. Also, there aren't any embassies, at least not yet. However, they would be interested in the creatures. Perhaps you could have a dead one get washed out to sea, or a live one escaping from its owner?
