In an expanse of further international communications and those who hold grievances against the Krowian Government, so by a 18-4 majority within the Upper Council Chamber the Open Way Communications Act was ratified and thus the formation of this communication has been enacted. Within this channel, any nation that qualify for communication can delegate and communicate with the Krowian Government in hopes of making amends, find a mutual resolutions, and close a specific international chapter before moving onto more immediate issues and matters.

This is only for serious matters and refrain from spamming or posting to be funny. You will be threadban and I will ask the moderators, upon me TGing you about removing it, to remove it for me since you believe this is a joke. It is not and you will threadban from all my posts

Regulations

1. All communication should be IC and all OOC be limited to TG. No exceptions.
2. All communications should be in good faith and professional. No passive aggressive remarks or underhanded remarks.
3. Do not submit application, establish communication to resolve and issue, and all the way making underhanded remarks in other sectors of NS. That would make any issue you have with me voided as it would be unjust to want my nation to change, while you're also making rude comments. So if that's your intentions, do not apply or seek communications.

4. If you have proof, evidence, claims, etc. or what my nation has done, please be willing to listen to counter arguments to such claims. Because it would be in bad faith to list possible things my nation has done and completely ignore any possible counterpoints to the claims. Further, if you have an ally who is currently or affiliated themselves with nations who has done or currently doing the same thing my nation has been accused of doing, you do not qualify for the channel. It's hypocrisy to hold a grudge against my nation when one of your nation's allies is just as guilty.

5. All applicants are limited to one application to ensure no spamming or over posting, this also includes edits and alt accounts as well to ensure all issues is all written out and nothing is left for any future conflict that could of been settle earlier.

6. All applicants must watch until I reply to their application before responding to ensure my government has a chance to speak otherwise it would be just another form of communication where another nation is venting their issues towards mine.

7. Upon an applicant resolution with my own government, the applicants is therefore restricted from future communications here, but instead encouraged to reach out through Telegram. This is, yet again, another provision to ensure there is no spamming or unkind remarks towards my government and myself. Further, should you make those remarks, they will be saved by myself and should I refuse any interaction with you, I will show my reason and the proof thereby giving your claims less credibility.

8. Absolutely no KTO members and affiliates with the sole exception for those within SATA, alts, or any new government that was the result of previous interaction that cause their dissolution.

9. If I am not able to answer your application and claim, do not converse with other nations within this communication, you can do that through other channels and Telegrams. Just submit your claim, I will reply, you reply back, and a resolution is found. Nothing more than that.
