The GOE building was on a large piece of land in Indio controlled NW Viross. A small runway and 5 helipads were on top.
There was a sign on the door: Sorry, Ana couldn't make it today, she's on vacation.
Inside was the boardroom, a long table with many seats. Flipping the table revealed a war map, and a current political map of Viross. That side was to remain unseen until wartime.

“Okay, seems like we are going to fight our first war. Utquiagvik Is in hot waters, and they may be having conflicts against multiple alliances.”

We only have a few hundred thousand troops that are deployed outside of Utquiagvik and we have a massive system of underground tunnels and bunkers for people to shelter in during war, which we have used many times. Our military is on high alert at the moment, and all four branches of the Utquiagvikian Armed Forces are prepared to be deployed on a moments notice.”

“I’m not exactly sure to be honest, it could be a slow escalation of tensions or there could be an incident that leads to a rapid escalation. Seeing how the Marajarbians are trying to make a coalition of three alliances against the Imperial Pact if a war breaks out, the other side of the conflict is clearly concerned about a war breaking out as well. Some members are just suggesting sanctions and basically hoping they don’t cause a war.”

I know the number difference looks bad, with the CSL and the ASP combined against the Imperial Pact and the GOE, but their number advantage might actually help us, as the smaller number of nations allows us to be more United and launch military operations more effectively. And let’s be honest, not every member of the CSL and ASP are going to get involved in a war if it actually breaks out, many will just ignore it or find a reason to stay out.
