The Lemonian Royal Guard is the specialised force assigned to protect The Matriarch, such an honour can only be bestowed on a soldier after recieving the Leadership Medal. Further exeptional performance will attract the attention of The Matriarch, and she will decide who enters the special unit. Standard forces often refer to the Royal Guard as the 'Commandos'. A severe practice enforced by the 'Commandos' is that should a soldier recieve a wound that requires bandaging, they are shot; this practice prevents hinderance to the force and prompts soldiers to shoot before the enemy do, to ensure they are not shot for being wounded. The Armour and weapons they use are enhanced ones of those the Colonial Marines use. Their LV-Mk2 Armour (Lemonian Velese-Mark 2 Royal Guard) is made of the same Velese alloy, but it is bronzed, producing a superior look. As well as this, it is equipped with a damage resistor shield, a device which sends pulse energy between the layers of Velese, creating a shield. This makes the 'Commandos' able to withstand more damage than the average Colonial Marines. They use the Destroyer Pulse Rifle, it uses many more gadgets than other weapons, giving the 'Commandos' the edge.

But christ, if you're one of them, you do not want to get shot.

Well it's routine that if they get shot, their own team shoots them. To prevent slowing them down.
So Y'know, even If I was the baddest Mother F***er in the world, I'd hate to be shot by my own soldier for getting shot in the first place...
And NF, Your stomper is funny.
