PT: Past Technology - Things that deal with weapons and cannons from the time era of The Revolutionary War or WW1 or WW2, etc.
MT: Modern Techonology - Things that we deal with now in the world today.
FT: Future Techonology - Things that deal with Machines, High-Technologys, and so on and so forth.

Just thought I'd help out in ways if people didn't knew what they meant.

I want to do a spouse seeking RP. Every time I try to make one, I never get a single reply. What am I doing wrong?
This nation does represent my real life beliefs.

I looked through your posts and couldn't find an example of a Spouse seeking RP, so I don't know what you're doing wrong from example, show me your post and I can give you more ideas and hints on how to generate interest.

I want my leader and his wife to participate in one of the formal dances or parties that seem to happen a lot in this section of the forum, but I am not sure which one I should send them to. There seem to be too many of them to choose from. Most are being held by nations I have never heard of. How can I get involved?

Alternately, what excuse could I come up with to throw a party?

Can someone please answer my questions? This thread does not seem to be posted in on a regular basis (sorry for being so impatient).

Sorry, I don't know enough to make a proper suggestion on RP etiquette. I say wing it, and screw them if you break the rules. After all, it's a game.

Alright I'll add my two cents. If you want to throw a party you need an IC reason, you need someone who is throwing it and a reason for them to be involved. Parties cost money, you could do a party with a fundraiser for X Charity that is valued in your nation, or you could have a holiday celebration party, you can have an official celebration to open some new government action that is celebrated if you want the party to be your own. If you want it to be in someone else's nation, you need to have a reason for being there as well. They have their own reasons for throwing the party and may be any of the above reasons and more.

So, as a review:

Who's holding the party or celebration?
What makes this celebration important for them?
what makes this celebration special?
Where are they going to hold it?
What are the goals of this party?
What is the point of holding it there and why this location chosen?
How will it effect your nation?

It's not for another month or so, but I will be hosting the next Alpen View Beer Festival and you're welcome to join the 'party' as an attendee, VIP, sponsor, entertainer, brewery or food vendor, or ??
Sorry for the self-promotion, but it does pertain to the question.

How can I make a good RP out of an almost supreme court like lawsuit. I would be the defending lawyer defending my country.(also how to make it international)

Tough, but that could be a really good RP. You need to have a bit of background/research into court proceedings. Figure out the legal system of your nation. A lot of it will come down to really interesting, complex characters on all sides, or it won't be much of a draw. Definitely throw some plot twists in there. Watch some Law & Order and get some ideas. You need to make sure everyone joining is pretty up on the legal codes too, and make sure you communicate well OOC to iron out any story bumps.

Have everything but the story line and characters. Thank god for gov. class. I just need marketing tips on how to get people to join now.

What attachments do you mean? like add on after you posted it? You would have to use the 'Edit' button in the upper right corner of your post.

If you mean the little grey button, that's called a spoiler and when you're constructing or editing your post, you can highlight text and click the spoiler and bury it all in there. To title the spoiler, you need to add an equals sign in there and whatever words you want, like: [spoiler=OOC]
Pretty useful for stuff you don't want to clutter up your post or present right away.

If you could be a little more specific on attachments, we could talk you through more detail on how to do it.

Go to a hosting site like Photobucket or imgur, post it up, grab the url for it and save it somewhere,(Just in case) like wordpad, then copy and paste it in your post like this:

These three no longer exist at the linked locations. Looking around for other links now.

Hi, I'd like to know whether or not spending $12.6bn/year on military is enough for 266,250 soldiers.

Also, if you have the time, this is alright, right?
