International Commission on Human Rights:Preamble:In light of recent and repeated events contrary the very values of humanity, and the grave threat posed by tyrannts and oppressors to the innocent people of the world, we, the sovereign nations of the multiverse pledge to use the powers vested in us to for the common good and protection of humankind. We reaffirm our faith in the indivisible values of mankind, and vow to ensure that these values will never again be threatened, for as long as humanity lives, in war and peace, prosperity and poverty, for now until the end of mankind.
Therefore, we, the nations of the NS multiverse, recognise that all humans are born equal and endowed from birth with the unique traits of dignity, reason and emotion. From, this, all humans have certain inalienable rights; namely life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Therefore, as sovereign states, we have a moral duty to protect these intrinsic human qualities by upholding the rights contained in this document. We pledge to uphold these values above all else on the basis of our shared humanity, and to hold firm against all threats to these, foreign and internal, great and small, for the preservation of human kind, for ever and ever.
Articles of the universal declaration on the rights of humankindAll signatory states must abide by these 10 points, and use all their powers to guarantee the rights within to all under their jurisdiction, and around the world.Article 1
- These rights are unique and indvisible from humankind: as such, they apply to all humans, without exception.
Article 2:- All people have a basic right to life, liberty and security.
Article 3:- No person may be coerced or forced into slavery or servitude.
Article 4:- No person may be punished or tried except by the law of the land. All people have a right to a fair, unbiased trial, and are innocent until proven guilty, and all people shall be equal in the eyes of the law.
Article 5:- All people have a right to free speech and assembly. The right to public protest is essential, and may not be infringed.
Article 6:- All people have a right to freedom of belief, including but not limited to politics, religion, culture and nationality, and these beliefs and may not be infringed or coerced.
Article 7:- No person may be forced to conduct sexual activity.
Article 8:- All people have rights to education, food, shelter and water.
Article 9:- All people have a right to freedom of choice and expression in all areas of life, unless by doing so others come to harm.
Article 10:- All people have a right to be treated by their peers equal in dignity and status, regardless of race, gender, status, religion or identity. These may not be ground for discrimination.
