[Reformed Valakaya]

Reformed Valakaya has been going through a rough patch in its history. A very rough patch. Valakaya is a intergalactic empire formed by humanity and the alien empire of the Kalias. After a brutal war both of them decided to create an empire together. However a new threat emerged from within.

An ancient human colony of the Valakaya known as Colony: Beta4 was discovered working on a secret super human project known as project Spyder. This housed an altered being that was said to be the liberator of the human colonies from the rest of Valakaya. This triggered a war between the already existing empire and the colonies.

A star fleet of around 10 fighters pilots flew through the deep space of the outer rims of the galaxy. These were known as the southpaw unit. An all terrain unit trained by the Valakaya military to serve both as pilots in the sky and as infantry on the ground. They were all led by general Wolfston, an older and grouchy veteran full of experience and cybernetic enhancements. Their mission was simple, find colony Beta4, call backup, and destroy all trace of project Spyder.

Pilot #2: Sir Wolfston, we are not too far from colony Beta 4. What should be are plan when we get there?

Wolfston/Pilot #1: We are going to have fight and hold them off. If we call back up and do nothing we might be giving them the opportunity to escape. 5 of us will land and fight boots on the ground while the other half will stay in the sky preventing any and all escapes. Am I absolutely clear!?

The south paw unit landed on Colony Beta4. The planet was a gas giant and the colony was located on its habitable moon. 5 of the pilots stuck to the sky while Wolfston courageously enough decided to lead a ground attack.

Wolfston’ transmission: Hello this is South paw unit we have located colony Beta 4 reporting for backup.

The ships soon landed to prepare the attack on the colony. The colony was a large base within a jungle moon. Pilots #1-5 landed on the ground for an invasion while the other #6-10 pilots stayed in the sky.

Wolfston landed with his men at the base. Each of them wore modified infantry armor designed to keep them alive and strong in battle no matter the cost. Their visors glowed a bright light of cyan allowing them to see through any smoke or darkness. Their armor plates were light but extremely protective and durable. The south paw soldiers carried ignition rifles, which were bullets that upon firing would light up and ignite in flames.

Wolfston: “Prepare the breach charges men! They have already spotted our ships land on their moon so they are already anticipating our attack. Let’s breach in and clear every single room, leave no one left alive.”

They exploded a door in the fortress where there was easily around 20 rebels planting a defensive position on the door way. The south paw through several impact grenades killing all the rebels inside the doorway hall way. They all then quickly entered watching each other’s back.

Wolfston on radio: “Pilot #6 we are already attacking from within, supress all exterior forces and bomb them from above!!”

Soldiers on the colony began to prepare their soldiers to hold the line. Most of the soldiers fighting were crushed by the South paws as despite their larger numbers the south paws were better trained and clearly the better soldiers in every single way. The colonial soldiers only came from standard infantry after all.

The battle was brutal as one after another the colonial soldiers were being killed but then something changed….project Spyder woke up. Suddenly a scream could be heard on the coms of a south paw soldier before going completely silent. The Project Spyder super soldier thrived in the closed environment of the fort’s hallways as in close range in killed anything with its sharp claws and extended combat knowledge . Even the armor of the south paws soldiers were no match and eventually all of the south paw soldiers on the ground with the exception of Wolfston were killed.
