The National Intelligence Agency (NIA) would corrupt Hidrandia's communist military to leak intelligence and army information. In addition, a good part of the loans for the development of The Will would be diverted to propaganda Pro-Will, Pro-Military, and against the communists, also exalting the nationalism of The Will, the propaganda would have central objective of building the image of governmental efficiency, which would boost the popularity of the leaders, gaining the trust of the people, and also, thus exalting the feeling of belonging to a nation, with national colors, new symbols, and seeking to exalt the leaders as heroes.

Days later, a small handful of infiltrators will be captured by the FSSF 921st Bandenbekämpfung Security Warfare detachment. There is no action that comes free. They are publically humiliated, beaten, but not interrogated, and kept in shape to be returned for an exorbitant amount of ransom money, 494,545,233 NSD to be exact. The NIA would be informed of the captured agents, and of the ransom offer, but they would not give any value for the rescue of the agents, but would try at all costs, to rescue them through force, about 20 agents would go a few days later, to release the captured agents, with about 3 harryan losses, but certainly, they would be worth it, the staff scheduled to spy on the communists was large, and because of that, obtaining the exact location where they were was fast and accurate, the 20 agents invaded the prison with machine guns and pistols, gas masks, as well as tear gas, and would release the agents with some ease.
2 days after the invasion, the NIA would pay back and capture a soldier from the communists, they kidnapped him, and took him to an abandoned building in Mutawan, they tortured him for information, they kept him naked, and simulated drowning (Waterboarding ), in addition to, as soon as they got results, they would mark her body with the agency's logo using a red-hot iron, more specifically, on her abdomen.

After the setup of the fortifications, Officer "Grand" would not order his troops to even prepare for a an attack, he instead warned them to focus on scouting out and observing enemy tactics, numbers, and equipment, ect. Officer "Grand" did this due to his fear of fighting the enemy, in a war, and he also believed his troops were not fully ready for a whole attack or defense of the river until he learned more about his enemy.

The FSSF has already built rudimentary fortifications in the area, which is in fact the River Treir (I asked Hidrania) and requests to extend the trench lines to these rudimentary blockhouses along the river. Meanwhile military operations against the Ynites still continue. The FSSF men have dug out tank scrapes for armored vehicles to take hull down positions in, and also have began building infrastructure for civilians to use via M60 AVLB Bridgelayer tanks. More BMD-4 Tanks will be arriving too. The FSSF also offers night vision binoculars to allow scouting and surveillance go late into the night. Meanwhile, the FSSF is using a single MQ-101S drone (our one and only aircraft, it's stealth and flies at 65,000 feet, but is unarmed) to take all-spectrum photos of the enemy positions. The FSSF also requests to relay these to the Novayan Grand Red Army units.

Men in Black suits would travel to a meeting room, they all sat down in unison, then were silent for a Minute. They then all grabbed their suitcases and got out their files, they passed them around. P.M.'s Office, Imintia

The P.M. made a signal with his hands and the gaurds left the room closing the door behind them. The hotel suprisingly had pretty sound proff walls even though it was in the littersl middle of nowhere. The P.M. began speaking "Listen, lets cut to the chase, we are not equiped to win this war, we have little equipment, almost no generals, and a low population." He paused "We're essentialy runing on fumes, our only real defense is.." Another pause, but longer and more somber "..the 'Special Forces' and the Nuclear Silos we control.."

Republic Training grounds

The Galapogosian Trainers would be sevrely dissapointed with the Rough shape of the Republican Army, most had deserted to the Will or the Commune few trained troops remained with the Republic. The rest were made up of what were essentialy overblown millitias. The only competant unit was the Foreign legion of whoch only remained 1000 men. In short, they were barely an army.

Medonian Port

Construction would continue for the port to hold even larger ships. Of course this would come at the cost of sound sleep but they really needed these ships. The country barely had any water and food, still living off of their old Nomadic Lifestlye. The cities were extremly poor and the tiny hospitals could barely sustain life. In short, the Lakians would be getting a massive amount of requests for Transfers to the "Surgion".

In response to the escalating threat posed by The Will, the Republic of Guavalandia will initiate a joint preemptive strike, aimed at neutralizing their cities and military installations. With Harry Islands being warned about Guavalandia's attack on The Will, the Harryan government decides that it would start to intervene militarily, Harry Islands would send 45,000 troops, but did not report anything else to the press, such as numbers of tanks, possible ships and etc.
The harryans would land on the West Coast of The Will, and would move quickly towards the borders with the Communes and the Republic, and would begin to set up bombing raids on local Republic infrastructure and on warehouses and possible locations where the enemies would be storing ammunition, agents who were in the Commune would be transferred to the Republic to collect information, mainly on enemy logistics, to disrupt and sabotage the arrival of supplies for enemy soldiers. Assigned jungle guerrillas would go to Pelain, and would stay on the riverbanks of the region, about 2,000 guerrillas would stay on the border with the Communes, and 200 of them would enter the jungles on the riverbanks for construction of tunnels in the jungle, in addition, they would study the local forest, and the dangers it harbors, basically, would be the harryan vietcong, but against communism, in the future, the tunnels would serve to support an offensive against the communes for the conquest of territories to the east, and if they were discovered, they would have a small self-destruction system, in addition to traps for enemy soldiers who entered the tunnels, they were dark, dirty, and not spacious.

The NIA would take care of strengthening the propaganda in favor of The Will, more posters, TV advertising, harryan airships given to the government of The Will to spread its message, always extolling a nationalism of The Will, its values, and how much the leaders were faithful to their people, and with that, forcing the people to be faithful to the leaders, as a form of gratitude.
The same thing that McCarthy did in the US would also be put into practice, the denunciation of communists and people against the military regime of The Will, who denounced, would win cash rewards, or other goods such as cars, motorcycles, houses, and small things like cards lifetime discount for local gas stations, or even supermarket purchases, this would be precisely so that people with less favorable income would see the regime with good eyes, and not give space to communist/socialist ideas in the territory, and at the same time, make them so happy with the regime, that they would transmit this preference to their children, relatives, and other people, creating people more faithful to the regime, while the communists would be captured and taken to re-education rooms, where they would learn to like the regime, and those who could not like it would be taken to prison under the crime of national treason, or they would be deported to Corta Mar Island, in Harry Islands (Corta Mar Island is basically an artificial island that was made to be a prison for political prisoners in the former Harryan military dictatorship).

Republic-Commune Non-Aggression Pact

It has come to the attention of the Freier Sozialisticher Staat Florida that a fellow freedom loving faction exists in the south. We believe the best course of action is if we cooperate and agree to not attack each other. As of now, we are waiting for the Commune's high command to agree and sign, but we believe the non agression pact would be signed quicker if we sought the Republic's ratification first. The points are listed below.

1. The Commune and Republic are to not attack eachother
2. Both governments must not make fun of, or ostracize the other's economic system and ideology, and acknowledge both the goods and evils of communism and capitalism.
3. Rampant militarism and ultranationism is bad, and the Will must be destroyed.
4. Free trade is to happen between both states.

Greetings friends, it's come to my attention that your country is in turmoil and in dire need of help, which by the looks of it you're alredy recieving.
From the looks of it though these are less than favorable helpers and could possible do more harm to your country than good. Which is why I'll be taking matters into
my own hands and shall be sending the 2nd MATS Division of the Blueshirts, my party's military wing. They've just finished their training a few months ago and are eager to make a name for themselves and spread my good image, and I'm sure they won't cause any trouble to the local populace unless anyone gets in their way, you should keep that in mind. They should be prepping for the future campaign now and seeing as how combat hasn't flared up just yet they won't be deployed immediately, not unitl a major front or something like that begins.
I wish you and your people a safety in this troubling times and hope that this horrible conflict will soon come to an end, and if you ever get concerned about any heavy casualties that my troops will endure don't worry yourself about, there's plenty more willing to take their place.

Generally speaking, the Queen herself, her Internal Court and High House in general had surprisingly high expectations for the conflict. The “High House Report on Internal Conflicts in Hidrandia” estimated the active phase of the conflict to last “no more than 10-15 months, with passive phase lasting up to 2-3 years., with the conflict eventually freezing and dying out. That was the plan- and part of that plan for Laka was something considered “cultural warfare”- a low-risk strategy for them to gain a trusted ally. And that plan was swiftly changed.

The Lakan reaction to the attacks by Guavalandia and the deployment of Harry Islands’ forces was one of extreme confusion and fear. The hospital ships even feared that they’d be under attack too, leading to Matron Hazleton firing up her mazut boilers, leaving a thick trail of smoke in the air but not moving an inch. Eventually, after realizing that they were in no direct danger, they’d calm down but remain alert- the next morning after the Joint Pre-Emptive Strike the locals would find barbed wire being placed on top of the walls surrounding both hospitals and MP’s being much more heavily armed than before. More observant of them would also notice marksmen situated at vantage points and MG emplacements, sometimes housing one lad and their M60. Although the hospitals would continue to operate as usual, security measures couldn’t ever be higher…

Several days later, the Imperial Government would issue an official statement, further detailing their response to the increase of foreign involvement into the conflict:

On behalf of the Her Majesty’s Government, we strongly condemn the Republic of Guavalandia's Joint Pre-Emptive Strike against the Will. This action constitutes a needless escalation of an already dangerous situation, needlessly provoking the Will and reducing possibilities for a peaceful resolution of it. Although we laid their attempts to limit the civilian casualties, the sheer consequences of this attack and the toll that these consequences may take on the locals cannot be understated.

We urge Guavalandia to immediately cease all hostilities and engage in constructive dialogue to resolve the underlying issues that led to this situation. We also call upon all parties to exercise maximum restraint and avoid any further actions that could lead to an even greater escalation of the conflict.

As a responsible member of the global community, we remain committed to upholding international law and promoting peaceful resolution of conflicts. We stand ready to support all efforts towards achieving a lasting and sustainable peace in the region.

Several days later, after Harry Islands’ deployment of armed forces would be confirmed, another statement would be made:

---

We also strongly condemn the Harry Islands for their deployment of armed forces on behalf of the Will, who are actively engaging the Republican Forces. This active involvement sets a dangerous precedent for foreign participation in the conflict, something which could turn the situation for much worse. Local civilians who often have no say in the matter can and will suffer directly and indirectly from the violence which shall follow if this dangerous and reckless matter of behavior will continue onwards.

We call upon the Harry Islands to immediately withdraw their forces and refrain from any further military involvement in the conflict. The situation is already highly volatile, and the presence of foreign troops only serves to further escalate tensions and increase the risk of unintended consequences.

As a responsible member of the international community, we believe that all parties must respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of other nations and refrain from any actions that could undermine regional stability and peace. We reiterate our call for all parties to engage in constructive dialogue to resolve the underlying issues and work towards a peaceful resolution of the conflict.

Several days later, House hearings regarding the matter of the Lakan response to the escalation would begin. Immediately, it would become apparent that the most likely outcome would be the deployment of a very limited contingent to serve as peacekeepers, providing security to Lakan and other humanitarian and medical personnel and facilities as well as shielding those unable to defend themselves (non-combatants). As stated by one Lord of the House:
"(…) we cannot ignore the dire humanitarian situation that the people of the region are currently facing. Reports coming from Her Majesty’s Hospital Ships Matron Hazleton and especially Surgeon Novikov suggest that famine and other crises are rampant in the area, and if we do not act now, countless lives will be lost. Furthermore, Ladies and Lords, we cannot turn a blind eye to the risk of genocide against the Medonian people in the region, and it is our duty as a civilized nation to take action to prevent such atrocities from occurring. Therefore, I urge all of us to put aside our political differences and come together to support this bill which will allow the necessary deployment of troops to bring peace and stability to the region and to protect innocent lives."

After several days of debates and the Opposition successfully removing several riders from the bill, it was eventually passed with flying colors. Mere days later, the first troop plane would land in the bay of the Medonian port. Being a gigantic floatplane, it could transport entire companies of troops with their full equipment, vehicles and other stuff inside. The first ones to be flown in would be several companies of Royal Marines’ finest, blue helmets on their tin-heads and with all of their vics painted white with appropriate markings. For now, they were not to leave the premises of the city, due to lack of established connections with the other possible organizations (and fear of them not knowing why you shouldn’t shoot a tank crudely painted white with two very large black letters on it). However, this wouldn’t mean that the Royal Marines would sit on their arses and do nothing! Immediately the leathernecks got busy assisting the Royal Army Engineer Corps’ in constructing the necessary facilities at the port, preparing it for the eventual arrival of the Lakan solution for the humanitarian crisis (they consider to be happening) in the port. They’d also wall off a sizeable chunk of the port to use as their base of operations, this time barring it entirely from locals and not recruiting anyone from the local population. Surprisingly enough, the locals would also be required to cease all works being currently done in the port as it could interfere with planned humanitarian assistance missions. They could often see the Lakans building something vaguely resembling a pipeline heading off into the water area of the port as well as them taking over and partially rebuilding a chunk of the port. Those with experience in seamanship could easily guess that the port was rebuilt to accommodate a Lighter Aboard Ship. A few days later, the explanation would arrive in form of a relatively brief official communique sent to all participants of the conflict, outlining the current and planned Lakan aid relief and especially WHAT was being brought into Medonia:

"To all parties involved in the Hindrandian civil war as well as to whom it may concern,

We, the Lakan Red Cross Community, are deeply concerned about the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Hindrandia. In response, we have already deployed two hospital ships to provide medical assistance to those affected by the conflict. We are committed to increasing the number of hospital ships to five in the coming weeks alongside planning to deploy a humanitarian aid relief ship to provide essential supplies to those in need. Note that the aid relief ship (ARS) will be accompanied by a small escort of one guided missile frigate, which are serving a strictly defensive purpose. Please do not approach within 500 meters of either the aid relief ship or the frigate. A LASH will also accompany the ARS.

We would like to specifically detail to all parties that the humanitarian aid relief ship will carry a nuclear reactor that will be used solely for peaceful purposes. Any acts of aggression or hostility against the ship, its crew, or its cargo will be met with swift and appropriate action. The same applies to all Lakan units currently deployed in the region. We urge all parties to respect the neutrality of the humanitarian aid relief ship and to allow it to carry out its mission of providing essential supplies to those in need.

We call upon all parties to prioritize the safety and well-being of civilians caught up in the conflict and to work towards a peaceful resolution. Any further violence or aggression will only serve to prolong the suffering of innocent people.

They would turn out to be true to their word! A few days later, another gigantic ULCC-sized ship would enter the OT, this time being escorted by a lone frigate- HMS Worchester. Although it is a capable ship for both counter piracy and air defense roles- its were nearly useless in ship to ship combat (excluding CIWS and a single 76 mm cannon usually used for salutes). The ship was also followed by a smaller but still large LASH. It should be noted that while both vessels lacked any “normal” smoke stacks, the ARS, pained red with a large white circle, did carry a very unusually shaped superstructure, housing inside a two-reactor nuclear power plant, capable of putting out enough electricity for an entire megapolis. This monstrosity (and trust me, unlike the Surgeon it really looks surprisingly eery in it’s livery) was more than just a power plant, being also an industrial-grade water purifier and even possessing facilities for rapid production of something nicknamed “soylent green” by some unfortunate souls exposed to this abomination- a cheap, healthy and nutritious soup with less than favorable (but still bearable if you’re eating less than your organism wants to). After arriving into the port and being docked with the pipelines previously constructed by Army Engineers and the Marines, the ship (being rather aptly named simply ARS-IV) would begin to provide the medonians with nearly everything a starving nomad would like- electricity to light the day, soylent green to warm up (warm liquid foods is extremely important), and clean drinking water for one one to not get dysentery and other illnesses.

Unfortunately for locals, such humanitarian aid usually comes with a price. The price being the LRCC being a very, VERY politicized organization, would of course attempt to push down their political message down their throats. At nearly every soup kitchen, warm towel giveaway and clean water pumping station set up by them one could pick see a portrait of a (surprisingly non-evil looking) Queen, take a pamphlet about what and how the Queen was doing for an average Medonian. Sometimes the LRCC would screen films for free, with those of course being hand-picked to “teach” your average locals all wonders of the civilization. Unlike the military, which didn’t really bother with winning the hearts and minds, LRCC would go the extra way, picking potential political candidates and figures from the local elites and elevating them through humanitarian aid volunteering and other work. Of course, all of their work as translated to local language and culturally adapted. It’d be simply stupid not to do so! The Lakan planned acquisition of the new colony would begin- for now, rather poorly concealed beneath the veil of a humanitarian aid stuff (but hey it’s not like you’d rather starve than eat a green soup while some guy tells you than the Queen is good and kind and stuff )

A few days later, Harry Islands would follow up in detail on the situation of the Laka humanitarian aid shipment, a shipment that, in the eyes of the President, was intended to alienate the locals, but that would be resolved soon if the Lakans accepted the offer the government would send, as congress is not allowed to vote on military matters, sending a letter to Laka Red Cross would be immediate.

Well, according to anonymous sources, we have realized that, Laka Red Cross camps are forcing messages and alienation from Laka, we want here, to make clear our demands for the permission of the operation of humanitarian camps in The Will:

1- We do not allow any message in favor of any ideology, nation, or national figure of any country.
2- We require that camps first apply for permission to exhibit films, and films must be under strict review by Harry Islands and The Will, the same goes for any artwork/posters or form of communication.
3- We want these camps not to be close to military bases and camps (The same is required for humanitarian troops, otherwise the troops will suffer immediate retaliation, and in more serious cases, this approach to military bases should only be done with authorization ).
4- As a way to ensure that agreements 1 and 2 are not violated, we want to implement Harryan surveillance in the camps, not heavily armed, but as a kind of police, even for the very safety of the civilians who are there.

[The Military State of the Galapagos]

One thing was immediately clear. Hirandia wasn’t fit for a proper military training. This along with the mosquito swarm that was Harryian forces made for a terrible situation to instill in the militias any cohesion or order not to mention actual training. It was these factors combined that would lead to the Galapagos forces transferring a fifth of Republican forces, mostly promising militias, back to their homeland in South America via airlifts. With little more than a warning and a brief description on what was happening Hirandian forces were ushered into Galapagos transport aircraft heading for military bases that would be their new home for the next 2 months. When they would land they would be given a new uniform along with boots and socks. They were given a days rest before basic training would begin. For The next two months they would learn Galapagos doctrine, train with Galapagos weaponry, along with all the other wonderful things that came with basic Galapagos training all with the plan to send them back into Hirandia a new and refreshed fighting force.

Meanwhile the last of Galapagosian troops had landed and were making their way to Medonia. There was little reason to keep their plans a secret now as even a random onlooker could see the Galapagos troops lining up at the border. This was mainly for the elimination of a possible adversary and so they could fully focus on the will who had been a pain to transportation however there was another reason that the Galapagos choose to target Medonia as their first victim. They themselves had seen the Hirandian army, it was unorganized, untrained, and most importantly unpredictable. There was no telling what a group of militias would do in a breakaway territory of what they viewed as their own country. This was why the Galapagos deemed it necessary to take Medonia as quickly as possible. As long as the flames of independence were extinguished quickly the civilians wouldn’t suffer. The only problem was wether or not Laka would understand.

Meanwhile MICs were happy to take up government contracts to produce guns and vehicles for the Hirandian armed forces. After all an army couldn’t fight without weapons and military contractors couldn’t operate without people willing to die for an imaginary cause. Truly it was a match made in Heaven. Nevertheless Galapagosian company’s would begin the production of cheap guns and vehicles for shipment to Hirandia. These wouldn’t cost anything at the moment however the Galapagos would collect what’s it’s due after the war was settled.

It was Midnight when the First explosion came, the Will Had started an attack on the Republics Naval Units, they were trying ti destroy the last advantage the Republic Had. The sailors would immediatly wake up and begin manning the ship withing a minute.

A spotter notted a ship already sinking into the Ocean, a cpuple seconds latter they would spot the Wills fleet. It was somehow larger and seemingly more advanced. The Republica fleet wpuld begin frantically launching counter battery measures managing to damage the Wills fleet.

An officer of one of the ships would take initiative and ram into one of the Wills ships causing chaos in the Well originized Will Formations. The Will would soon pull back satifyed with the damage they caused..

Medonian Holy Site

A meeting was called between the local rulers (now governers) of Medonia. They were expecting an Invasion thus the meeting. The Rulers first vowed to protect Medonia with there life vowing to never surrender to any forces. Even in the Republic they were extremly autonomous and they did not wish to relinquish that. At the border Republic forces would notice the Medonians Singing nationalistic songs, sometimes they would begin to march towards the line and then turn around.

With combat slowly stepping up and small skirmishes here and there the 2nd MATS Division after a few days of prepping were airlifted to Hirandia. There was also speculation that the powerful Royal Ayshirean Navy could possible join in on the intervetion but for now those were just rumors, the Marshal wanted his Blueshirts to make a name for themselves and possibly increase his image to the public. The 2nd MATS Division had never seen combat before at least not since the border skirmishes with a few neighbours, they had never actually been in real combat before and despite the protests of their commander and a few senior officials the Marshal had sent them off anyways. Thus they recieved actual military training and the equipment suited for light infantry. The Marshal was also sending to a message to the troops who were drafted from the recently annexed Cornwall council area, they're now apart of Ayshire and shall listen to him and only him.

As the transport aircraft touched the ground the men grunted and as the transports came to a halt, they had no idea where in Hirandia they were only that they were in Republic controlled territory. They had virtually had no idea where any cities or towns were, the Marshal had just given them a simple order "Defeat the Will". It slightly irritated their command, despite tha he had a rather timid personality and cared deeply about the lives and wellfare of his men. They were all young too young in his mind, most were 18 or 19 and a few were 20. They all had come from Cornwall which had been recently annexed by the Kingdom. All came from poor backgrounds and mainly joined the Blueshirts to support their families back home, most were forbaded from joining the direct military as the Marshal did not fully trust them. He sighed knowing full well the Marshal had mainly sent them here to die, and with the propaganda machine encouraging young men like them to join the Blueshirts, there would be no shortage of troops.

He shook his head not wanting think about things like that at the moment, they were in a country that was in turmoil and he was going to do what he was ordered to do.
He decided that their first action would to join up with any allied troops and coordinate their movies, thing was radio and communcations equipment had not been set up, hell he wasn't even sure if they had any. Grunting to himself he ordered for the trucks and artillery to be readied as soon as possible, they were going to move out soon and look for an ally or something. A makeshift table was made out of a small piece of wood and with a map of Hirandia in hand he layed it out on the table, he then gather his seniors officers around and they began planning their next move.

Harry Islands, realizes thanks to local surveillance that, were having Enemy troop movements on the side of The Republic, after the Guavana attack, the Harryans would seek to build new bases, command centers, and install a communications center, this would take more than than 1 week for sure. After realizing this sudden movement of troops, they decide to start bombing, the order was simple, any military group that was threatening the national sovereignty of The Will, so, soon after, a rain of bombs would fall on soldiers from almost all groups who were supporting Republic.
3 days after it happened, the army decides to take some action on the Communes, with a meeting being scheduled at the main headquarters in Harryville, Harry Islands, and at the meeting it was decided that, there would be a surprise attack against the Communes.

About the surprise attack, it would be divided into Phases:

First Phase - The Attack would begin with the approach of 5 J119Y for Stealth bombing of military installations, communication centers, fighter hangars, farms, roads, in addition to also destroying any weapon that could be used against the fighters, these bombings would be maintained thanks to airfields built near the border, along with money earmarked for rebuilding bases.

Second Phase - With all the facilities and constructions that could be used as support by the communists, the jungle guerrillas would be assigned to enter the forest around the regional hydrography for the maintenance and construction of more tunnels and support points for the units that would come , initially, 700 guerrillas would be assigned to this.

Third Phase - After the guerrillas get some time without being attacked or, suffer some big reaction, since, thanks to the bombings, the communists would be a little late to arrive at the border, then 2,000 guerrillas from the jungle would come to fight against any enemy force who was in the woods, they would be responsible for maintaining control of the areas around the river, and supporting units arriving in Phase Four.

Fourth Phase - 60 T-100 Warg would make an offensive towards the north, with the objective of reaching the sea, another group of tanks 20 tanks would go towards the Ynites, but would not invade Ynites' territory, the tanks would be responsible for clearing the ground for incoming soldiers during Phase Five, and capturing villages.

Fifth Phase - 10,000 soldiers would start a march into Communist territory, the soldiers would split into two groups of 5,000 soldiers, one group would advance north and west, while the second group would advance towards the Ynites, and then they would leave for Constl.

Sixth Phase - If the plan worked, much of the enemy territory would already be under Harryan control, so they would soon lay siege to the Constl, but this phase would depend on the success of the plan.

After the reports of border strikes and conflicts increasing in the region, Officer "Grand" would swiftly plan out on staging a strike and conflict against the Pro-"The Will" forces, he'd contact the second in command, "Flamingo" and would request permission to stage a conflict on the border. The request would be accepted by "Flamingo", however he would state that the Officer "Grand" would only be allowed to deploy 125 troops or less.

Officer "Grand" would rapidly gather 125 troops, 75 Grand Red Army Infantry men and the 50 hand selected Commune recruits. Officer "Grand" would give out the first Russian combat speech

Officer "Grand": Today, we shall crush these fascist hogs! Today we shall show off the power of the Grand Red Army and the Commune! Today we shall be the true winners of the war!

125 Infantry men: URAH! / OORAH!! / RAH!! / ect.

Officer "Grand": THIS! THIS ISN'T GOING TO BE YOUR YOUR BABUSHKA'S CONFLICT!!

Officer "Grand" would personally march all 125 Infantry forces to "The Will's" border, he'd order that the men cross the river at night and start moving into the wild jungles of Hidrandia and break into squadrons of 25 men each, making 5 Squads overall. The 5 squads would spread out in the jungle and start to slowly attack "The Will's" forces in the jungle, using guerrilla and unpredictable warfare against the enemy forces. After roughly 1 hour and 38 minutes Officer "Grand" would order that the 5 Squadrons reorganize and report back to their defensive station across the river.

[Laka Strolistandiler]

There were many things the RAMC and RNMC were doing worse than their services in general. Foodstuffs, firearms training, cohesion under fire… Some were considered unnecessary for forces often left in backline, some were out of budget, some usually got written off… But there was one thing which they could do better than the other sailors, marines, soldiers and- some even rumored- intellies. That was partying!

One night, the residents of the Medonian port would suddenly find the usually dull-looking and bleakly lit hospital ship ablaze with unusual activity. Lakan personnel- some dressed in parade uniforms and some in more civilian clothing could be seen on her top deck, walking about and making conversation. Around 2330, several colorful lights could be see lighting the skies as if they were searchlights- and after a few minutes, some townsfolk could pick up distant sounds of the ship’s band (and a very loud MP3 recording) performing for the crew. Of course, the hospital patients were moved to more or less soundproofed rooms- however even so those of them not sleeping that night could even recognize the music being played. Generally speaking, it was disco! No one exactly knew why or even since when the RNMC fell in love with this dead music genre, but for some reason, ABBA, Arabesque and others’ music was an always guest at whatever they were celebrating. After some dancing, the sky was brightly lit with fireworks- and the party would eventually settle down by ~0300. Everyone participating understood that they had a job to do tomorrow- and the MP’s being literal party killers ensured that no one would drink too much or try to smuggle anything illegal inside. Some of the ingenious personnel recruited into the hospital could find themselves invited too- apparently they were celebrating a certain Queen’s birthday, which for some reason involved the captain of the ship opening his own personal present from her, which included a horrifying Lois Armstrong figurine as well as some surprisingly well though words congratulating her for her service. The pinnacle and ultimate culmination of the party was as unusual as it was unnerving. The humanitarian ship’s central computer, responsible for control over all operations took the stage, using it’s rudimentary TTS to try and sing one last song. Although for Lakans it’s mismatched pronounciation seemed cute, the locals may really find it wierd and, who knows, perhaps even scary… ((Google SAM TTS and have it sing What a Wonderful World to see what I mean)).

The Lakan response to the HI demands was a mismatched document of unusually long length getting into details regarding the technicalities of an entity being political and where the line should be drawn between education and political power. Cutting to the point of it, they’re claiming that all Lakan humanitarian work is merely supposed to tell the local people who they ought to be grateful to- who is providing them with the much needed assistance. Of course,- as the document would specifically point out,- their relief effort is not strictly for Medonians and the commies. The Will, should they wish to, can always get their hands on a handful of this assistance- they’re here to help the people not to back any party in the fight!

The Lakans would, of course, come to the aid of the Ynites, initially by using the floatplanes already in the AO to pick up dried soylent and air-drop it to them, alongside with printed instructions to how it should be properly distilled in water for it to be consumed. A few days later, floatplanes would begin flying from the near Royal Navy base, delivering more supplies such as MRE’s (with taped on instructions to how they should be prepared and consumed), warm blankets and other necessities. Help was coming- as said in the leaflets dropped, a ship similar to one feeding, warming and giving clean water to the medonians was already on it’s way- that ship being the Fleet Tender HMS Malicious, which was technically a military variant of the nuclear-powered LASH. The Malicious although unable to provide clean water by itself but was carrying a readily deployable water purification facility alongside a large foodstuff supply, mainly consisting of meat-rich bouillon and different porridges, but of course, all other important elements which the human had to eat. It’s escorts would be the Navy hospital ship Mercator and a small detachment intended to provide it with the necessary protection while also carrying some humanitarian supplies themselves. These were the AEGIS destroyer Taylor and two sister frigates- Loyal and Lending, both of whom have been purpose built to augment the Taylor’s AEGIS system. A similar task force would arrive to shield both Medonians and commies, who in a surprising turn of events would find their skies being guards by literal imperialists (it’s called an empire for a very good reason). The peacekeeping contingent would also increase, for now they’d usually be sitting at highly populated areas, keeping guard and simply being there. An image of some foreign soldiers sitting atop a large armored vehicle (no matters if it’s a wheeled tank or a light tracked tank) would certainly invoke some security with the locals. Army and Navy engineers would also now get to work building skeletal water and electrical supply systems to streamline aid distribution of aid. If some of the locals would be military geeks, they’d even recognize some of the units being sent there- amongst others there were even detachments from the Household Cavalry, sent with their light tanks and infamous flamethrower vehicles. Peacekeeping was a job regular forces were well-trained for, so they knew where they were to intervene and where to stand aside and let the locals sort it out.

ISIC: In secrecy, the Lakans through diplomatic channels, would notify the Galapagos of their willingness to negotiate. Both countries sharing a long story of constructive coexistence, there was no reason for them to dig up old woes. In general, the Lakans seemed nothing but to preserve the Medonians in as good condition as possible. Even if they’d loose their independence, should they not be genocided, Lakan political influence on their people would still prevail, leading to a more or less the same result- their companies coming along to find new customers and employees. Furthermore, they were eager to negotiate a settlement- perhaps the republic could give them an ethnic autonomy and allow them to have their local parliament? Perhaps even an independent import/export tax?

An unexpected guest

Soon enough the “Grand” would find an unusual guest heading their way. It was a Lakan hospital helicopter, previously getting a bit too deep into the foreign territory to pick up a patient needing an emergency heart procedure and now transporting him to the hospital. Fortunately, the patient was stabilized using the helo’s onboard medical equipment, unfortunately, the helo has started to experience some rather dangerous vibrations due to (what the pilots though) tail rotor structural damage. They had to land and land soon. Hopefully, the comrades could help them with fixing up the bird and getting her to air- the patient is a mere civilian who has completely no say in the war after all (and in the helo being landed for some time- poor guy can barely remember his own name, cardiac arrest is a bitch)

The Harryans would receive a response from the Laka Red Cross, which they clearly refused in the interpretation of the high command responsible for operations in Hidrandia, and this would come to be responded to strongly by the Army.

We now order the total withdrawal of all humanitarian camps, bear in mind that this decision was in response to the refusal to comply with our demands, Laka will no longer be able to send peacekeepers, nor will it pass by land, sea, or air from belonging to The Will, we give the deadline of 2 days for the removal of all the camps, if within that period they do not do it, we will use force. Don't worry about the civilians, they'll go somewhere far better than the Lakan Indoctrination Centers.

Soon afterwards, the government of The Will announces that it will start building the "Central Assistance Centers" that will assist civilians injured or displaced by the war, with the same purpose as the camps in Laka, but with better conditions and financed by Harry Islands, plus Harryan equipment.

The camps would show as many films as possible praising Harry Islands as heroes, to give a great image to everyone, in addition to frames, and so on. The same as Laka did.
In addition, further actions would be taken to further ingrain The Will's patriotism, such as the creation of the National Youth Army, which would give combat training to young people aged 11-17, they would not fight in the war, but would actually the NYA would serve to teach young people, from an early age, to worship the regime, and walk in line, that is, the NYA would put it in the minds of these young people, to love The Will, and feel like a nation, the NIA thinks of it as something very fruitful for the future.
In addition, the creation of a "Neutral Zone" was carried out in the city of Mutawan, which many within the agency still did not know what this Neutral Zone would be used for, but later, everything would be revealed.

Well, we Harryans think, it's time to start discussing an alternative less bloody than war, peace, well, we have a perfect place for that, we've created a "Neutral Zone" in Mutawan, it's not militarized, and no army can come near it. We want to lead the peace talks, and make a profitable deal for both sides, please, this is urgent.

Defense of The River Treir (Or Pelain idk)
First Phase - Fortify | Status: Underway, (58% complete)
The First Phase calls for the fortification of the River Treir, this involves building watchtowers, making barracks halls to accomodate stationed troops near the Treir, and dig trench lines in a joint operation with Novaya Maskiyan troops. This stage also involves mappong out skirmish points where a well trained irregular troop can have a great advantage over enemy troops, skirmish points are locations like trees and small half-buried glacial erratics (small boulders protruding from the ground) and any natural location that provides good cover or concealment, and much better, both. It also utilizes the construction of tank scrapes to provide friendly armor with hull-down positions
Second Phase - Consolidate | Status: Not Started
This is the second phase, this occurs after rudimentary defenses have been built, and skirmish points have been found. This phase involves the addition of anti-tank defenses, such as the installment M93 Hornet Smartmines (they jump into the air to shoot a 0.5kg penetrator into the target) This is the phase where tall grasses are artifically introduced to provide optimal concealment for friendly troops to fire across the river.
Final Phase - Reinforce | Status: Not Started
Kill zones and artificial skirmish points will be set up at this stage. The tall grasses will be used to our advantage, wheel-mounted machine guns will be discreetly carted out during patrol shifts, and MG nests and sniper positions will be set up in the tree line and in the canopies of trees. the heavier M109s and Fv214 Conquerors with their distinct long 120mm barrels could be concealed in the woods, while IFVs could be draped with Multispectral camoflague netting. At this end stage, the fortifications should be invisible or not noticible by a untrained eye, or at first glance.

•Second Phase of Operation Fire Felon•

Following the unexpected arrival of Harry Islands troops on the west coast of The Will and their subsequent bombing campaign against The Republic, the Guavalandian Ministry of Defense swiftly initiates the second phase of Operation Fire Felon. This phase is designed to neutralize the threat posed by the Harry Islands and the coastal forces to ensure the success of the overall operation. [The Military State of the Galapagos]

The Galapagos General, Driskoll Denton, was looking over reports of the recent attacks against Galapagos forces in Hirandia when an assistant came into his forward office, an abandoned candy store near the Medonian border. Driskoll addressed her and invited her in. After a brief exchange of pleasantries she presented him with a communication from the Lakan peacekeepers before quickly exiting past a sign advertising a brand of chocolate probably long extinct. Opening up the letters brought a relived smile across the face of Driskoll who had been trying to come up with a way to maneuver past the peacekeepers. A war with Laka would benefit nobody and would only cause more suffering for both military and civilian population alike.

Telegraphing back home to the Galapagos Diplomatic Corps, Denton would give the message back to the corps via a secured telegram and let them deal with the test while only giving slight input on his opinion on how it should be handled in which he would state his support for a peaceful resolution to the Lakan situation. Luckily for the general the Diplomatic Corps had the exact same opinion on how to approach the volatile situation that was laid out in front of them. A transmission was sent to the Lakan government in which they promised an autonomous Medonian state, fair treatment of the locals, and non interference in Lakan humanitarian operations. In return they wouldn’t impede on a Galapagos incursion into the new country in order to reunite it under a new Hirandia.

The second documents brought to Driskoll were less welcomed by the general. Harry Islands had been a thorn in the Galapagos side since they basically had landed in Hirandia. Now the Isles were asking for peace and a ‘neutral zone’ which would probably only be used by guerrillas that they were utilizing to destabilize both regions. These factors combined plus the fact a Galapagos national had been severely injured in a Harryian bombing raid helped to transport the message asking for peace right from the generals desk straight to the trash can that had once been used by eager shoppers looking for sweet delicacies. There would be no peace until the will was destroyed and the Harryians driven from the island. That being said there didn’t necessarily have to be aggression either. There would be no incursions of the will for now as the plans for the invasion of Medonia were being finalized.

Despite the annoyance troops with their roots in the Harry Isles caused that didn’t mean their tactics were all bad. For instance the propaganda campaign they launched seemed to do well in their areas controlled. The success there inspired the Galapagos to make their own with just a bit extra effects. It was all filmed in the mountains of Peru and made to look as close to an isolated valley in the will as possible. It was a video showing two Galapagos soldiers dressed in Harry Isle uniforms. A third man was bound and blindfolded while kneeling, this man was dressed in the normal garments of a Hirandian elder and had his hair edited to resemble that of an 80 year old. He had been altered so it looked as though he was bruised and beaten and the two Galapagos troops cosplaying as Harryians began beating the man with the butts of their guns, the video also showcased the soldiers yelling at the man before the grand finale. After getting a thumbs up from the man filming a soldier moved in front of the man blocking the camera. A flash and a gunshot could be heard on the video as the many kneeling in front of the soldier slumped to the ground as blood leaked from a bullet shaped hole in his head. The video was then uploaded and circulated among the web by bots, mostly in Hiridian websites in the hope for a decent number of people inside the will to see it.

Of course nobody was actually dead not wounded. The entire thing was scripted. Nobody was dead and while the actor had been beaten for the video he had been aware and accepted it in return for a sizable paycheck from the government and a nice stay in a government hospital. The ‘person’ executed in the video was a dummy made by a movie prop producer on the governments dime. The entire video was only a stunt made to stir unrest in the Will. After all Harry Isle couldn’t launch any more bombings if their airfields where occupied by an angry mob.

After a few days, the military became aware of the videos that were circulating both on the web of The Will and on Harry Islands, the government's action was quick and they managed to remove all the videos, although the cybernetics people had some work to do account of the bots spamming the videos, but were able to detect and quickly terminate the accounts that were spamming this content, and alerted platforms to take action against these videos as possibly being "Too Violent".
Inspired by the NYA, soon, Harry Islands begins to promote a program to recruit more people for the war, citizens of The Will mainly, but also some Harryans, the program would take advantage of the high patriotism generated by the advertisements, in order to recruit more and more people to the war, the program would train and provide cash assistance to families who lost their source of income.
