A war between mainly Post WW2 Germany/German-European Union and Anarchic states over the control of occupied The Racalimari.

A German fleet group is dispatched to blockade the occupied Racalimari in preperation of a later liberation by German forces.
Emporer Willhelm the 3rd declares a Special military operation to liberate The Racalimari from the foreign occupiers.

Willhelm the 3rd: We shall herby stand united in our joint effort the save this nation from the imperialistic agressions committed by the Anarchic states. We shall strike harsh and fast but offer a safe way out for everyone who is smart enough to not participate in this fight. I ask you soldiers of the Anarchic states go home to yur families instead of fighting in this pointless war, Go back to you home and live a life of meaning instead of dying on those bloody fields for the crimes and agressiosn committed by your leader. The Army of Germany shall just then rest when The Racalimari is liberated and lead by its rightfull owners once again.

More reinforcements are brought from main Germany for the operation including mobile clone ships and meteor mining ships with a total ammount of 30 million ground forces personal (dont worry its a decent ammount for a space war not to much). German mine layers begin to fill the areas outside of the blockade with anti-matter field mines to slow down enemy reinforcments.
