OP, hope that my increase of a humanitarian and relief ship and 1 frigate is acceptable. Note that this frigate cannot do anything other than sit in port and await stuff- maybe it’ll run some ELINT/SIGINT in the process but there’s not really any reason for it to do something. No, the nuclear ship will not explode because it’s got safe nuclear reactors it cannot even turn into a floating Chernobyl cause no meltdown. No soylent green is not made of people but rather reprocessed genetically modified eels, some sea cabbage and other cheap but nutritious and healthy foods. I’ve eaten something resembling this IRL and while it’s bad it’s better than garbage food or no food at all eh

Well, uh, considering that the roads are destroyed, and that, our transportation would be trucks, I can't say, but it would take somewhere between... 2 to 3 days? I really don't know much.
