Light Infantry and some light tanks is allowed anything heavier isn't allowed this phase.

Can I deploy the hospital ships right now? Note that this will lead to them deploying a small but able Personnel Defense Unit- essentially specially trained monkeys whose job is to defend the ambulances, Hospital choppers and hospital personnel/patients. Although they will under no circumstances attack first, they can and will go aggressive to defend those who they have a responsibility to care for. For example- in case of an ambulance being attacked by angry rioters PDU’s can and will utilize non-lethals at first (rubber bullets, tear gas, flashbangs) but if they feel the need they will escalate to lethal weapons. It’s stupid but it works

I took the liberty to introduce the second ship as well as some oceangoing Navy tugs (they’re unarmed and would leave after moving the ship to port, if they’re not fine to the OP just replace them w some local tugs). Are we allowed to utilize reconnaissance assets which do not require us to move large military forces into the region? Such as a small listening station being hidden aboard the hospital ship, or SIGINT satellites?

You cant cause a Phase Change, they happen automatically every week. But you can do a minor raid. But remember that this phase is more political.

Eh, Novaya, would it be alright for some of my paramedics to stumble across your guys? They venture fairly far from the ships especially when using helicopters- perhaps a mechanical malfunction would force them to land closely to your guys positions?

Also OP I think that you ought to talk to FSSF and Harry Islands. Both of em are guilty of godmodding (that is deciding that they’ve captured the soldiers without the permission of the user whose soldiers are captured, however HI also very uncomfortably detailed described the ways in which they torture the captive. I think that that’s something that we’d be better off without in this thread, amiright?
