Medonian Culture is highly individualistic, patriotic, and religous. They still are polytheistic believing in many different gods. They are sort off a confederacy with every tribe sending a representative to a meeting where they decide policies. Also they are mostly rural

They're equipment is quite outdated. However, they will resist. Forever.

OP, can you also include on map areas under control by the peacekeepers? I don’t think that your average Medonian Joe really cares that much for gods and politics- they probably only cares for their family being fed and warm and both of these things are given by the peacekeepers, hence them attempting to take over. Also reinforcements will be soon- note that these are supposed to provide cover from cruise missiles, hence why there will be three fleet carriers with several escort ones. That’s cause the Lakan solution to stealthish cruise missile is helload of AWACS, land-based OTH and EAW radars as well as other stuff. Basically throw everything you’ve got into the problem and see if something will fix it
