You can decode it, however if you trace it, the locations would be in the Middle of Nowhere.

OP, but we have our ships in port of the commune major city… The ships and some peacekeepers- and it’s extremely likely that any large scale bomber attacks would face immense resistance from modern ship based air defense systems

These were the AEGIS destroyer Taylor and two sister frigates- Loyal and Lending, both of whom have been purpose built to augment the Taylor’s AEGIS system. A similar task force would arrive to shield both Medonians and commies, who in a surprising turn of events would find their skies being guards by literal imperialists (it’s called an empire for a very good reason).

Definitely. AEGIS can provide AA cover to them and is going to be devastating for anything resembling carpet bombings.

Sure thing. ORBATS (for now they’re in Medonian port, Yinite port and commies, same stuff in every port):

2 DDG’s (AEGIS equipped);
2-3 FFG’s (can be datalinked with DDG’s and work as missile boats for the AEGIS)
Small stuff like seagoing tugs, supply ships, sea control ships and littoral combat vessels whenever they’re threatened by a terrorist attacks like USS Cole.

Land troops:

2-3 PAC-3/S-400 hybrids’ batteries defending the hospitals
1 THAAD/S-500 hybrid being deployed for the very same purpose

Around a battalion of infantry, mostly mechanized in Bradley’s with cool armor, strikers, and other APC’s. Note that they are provided with support in forms of FCS’ish RCV’s (battle robots) and OMV’s (robot Bradley).
Support in forms of some UAV’s of differing sizes and types, Transport and attack helos, supply stuff like trucks.
Like several medium-light tank platoons. They’re rather heavily protected though with APS, NERA, ERA and other stuff

Post done, OP rember that this is only in the commune city. Considering the engineers being there perhaps they’ve built things like basic bomb shelters for locals? Not Cold War era gigantic bunkers but basically glorified building basements hardened to resist the blast and equipped with enough food water and medicine to keep whoever is in them alive long enough for the local firefighters and engineers to dig them up
