Phase 5 removes all restrictions

Edit: The direct invasion is voided until phase 5 begins where it will automatically happen

Well for starters you made the will troops do that ambush and decided that they would be defeated. Even back when you did the landing you decided that they would land unopposed and immediately secure a beachhead without Hirandia’s (in all fairness he was away for a while) input
