The Room chattered with the buzz of hundreds of Diplomats, the room was a large semicircle, with a tall desk of sorts in the center. A man soon walked onto the stage “Order!” He yelled, everyone soon quieted down and took their seats. “Hello everyone, we are here today to talk about numerous topics, such as the Mercurian Economic Problems, Centauri Missions, and new travel laws between republi-” suddenly the man was interrupted as another person let out a cough, Hruzan Girxa, the representative for the Republic of Pluto (which also controlled Charon) spoke “The Republic of Pluto would like to bring a important issue to the Parliament.”

The man on the desk, while annoyed, stated “You may come up and tell us your Issue.” Girxa got up and walked onto a small stage below the desk, still in view of the entire parliament. He spoke “The Republic of Pluto, along with the Territory of Charon, would like to state to the Commonwealth of Sol that we will be declaring independence from the-” he couldn’t finish before the room erupted into talk

“Your small planet would never survive without the economic aid from the rest of the Republics!”
“Your Republic has no reason to do this!”

“ORDER!” The man on the desk screamed, causing everyone to be quiet “Now while i too believe that Pluto should not be declaring Independence, we must let the man finish his statements.”, “Thank you.” The Plutonian Representative said. “Now, Pluto will be declaring Independence for numerous reasons, first, Pluto is becoming nothing more than a massive mining outpost for Commonwealth Companies, which have continued to neglect this problem. Second, after a vote held in the Republic, over 96.5% of Plutonians Declared they would like Pluto to become independent. Finally, due to Amendment 1F of the Commonwealth Constitution, we do have the legal authority to secede from the Commonwealth at any moment. The Republic of Pluto will now declare independence and turn into The Federation of Pluto and Charon, or the FPC. Please consider this as our final statement to the parliament.” He said, before walking up the stairs and out of the room, it burst into explosive debates.

With the Independence of the FPC, Commonwealth ships and companies now found themselves being kicked out of Federation territory, which was declared as Pluto’s sphere of Influence (roughly 700,000 Miles across), immensely violence broke out, as mining ships and such were raided off their goods by FPC warships and then forced to leave FPC territory, the Republic of Neptune found itself suddenly having hundreds of thousands of ships leaving Pluto going to it.

Immediately the UCN (United Commonwealth Navy) began mobilizing, due to Pluto’s actions against Commonwealth Ships. The New Pluto Government finds a message at their desk soon. A Declaration of War

Well, what we got here? An rebellious planet? That's the type of things I like to care of. The Commonwealth of Sol shall expect New Master's help! I will bring the best lads I know alongside the best machinery I can find! That Federation of Pluto will be CLAMPED TO THE GROUND! We will be arriving in some Deca-phases.

The declaration of independence of Pluto was a matter that would ordinarily not rate any particular response from the pompously titled Great Civilization, but the prospect of such an operation escalating to significant violence rated a response, a token one at first. Far out beyond the fringes of the Solar System, a large ship appeared, broadcasting a message.

This is the Great Civilization Harvest Ship Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly, I am currently preparing for a conflict monitoring operation, the Great Civilization has no particular opinion on the political status of Pluto, or any other planet or group not affiliated with us, but we are concerned about recent transmissions indicating intention toward unrestricted violence against the population of Pluto and Charon. As such my task here is to dissuade atrocities.

Two Commonwealth Warships orbited around Charon, both of them were heading to Malagda, a small mining city in Northern Charon that had recently been raided by the Plutonian government for resources. Soon the city was in sight, where the city was it was currently Nighttime on Charon, yet the city lights of Pluto could still be seen over the horizon. As the warships came closer to the city suddenly Five Plutonian Warships sprang out of the darkness, preparing a surprise attack against the fleet, out there hangers almost two dozen fighters poured out towards the Commonwealth Ships, meanwhile the enemy canons began firing towards the ships. Quickly Commonwealth ships poured out of their own hangars to engage the enemy, fighters flew at each other firing, and turning at the last second as they almost hit eachother head on, unfortunately one Fighter didnt turn fast enough, prompting a large explosion as he collided with a Plutonian fighter, the debris hit a nearby fighter causing it to explode as well.

Meanwhile the warships fired there canons and turrets at eachother, a Plutonian warship quickly armed itself with a neutron missile, before firing it at one of the Commonwealth Warships, for a second everyone on the battle field was blinded, the light cleared as a energy wave slowly expanded from where the missile touched the ship, before it began condensing, after it finished it made a extremely large explosion that broke the ship in two, causing both ends to fall towards Charon’s surface, before they crashed in yet another huge explosion. By now all that was left was the One Commonwealth Warship and only 10 or so fighters, quickly a distress message was sent to anyone who could hear it.

…Can anyone here us? This is Alpha-7 of the 2nd Naval Division for the Sol Commonwealth, if anyone can hear us, we are under attack by Plutonian forces and are extremely outnumbered, we require assistance immediately or else we are currently doomed. *Explosion happens in the background, along with some screams*…shit, uhm our coordinates are 54°59′N 73°22′E, we are in orbit around Pluto’s Moon, Charon. Again, if anyone can hear us we require emergency assistan-*Another explosion before the message ends*

The Interdimensional Radar of the Countdown Site received the message that the Commonwealth sent, Onslaught realized that the Plutonian werent an simple match and they had to be eliminated soon as possible. Onslaught organized his army and what composed it was:

8,000 Palmbots(Losbot Marines, the Losbots are human-sized sentient bots. They are like an mix of Stormtrooper and Clone Trooper).

4 Guards for Onslaught, those are Swindle, Brawl, Vortex and Blast-Off
10 Spaceships, Olimpo(Made to bring the Palmbots), Combatron(Military), Reset(Cargo), Vultron(Military), Clorosser(Diplomacy and to bring Onslaught and his guards mor Combaticons), Ark V(Military), Sop(Military), Free Voyager(Military), Hum(Military), Zaur(Cargo). All Energon-powered.

Onslaught located the wormhole and bringed his army to it, arriving at this Solar System, first he ordered the Cargo spaceships to go on the Meteor Belt to make trades, the military ones to start patrolling Pluto and he would go to Terra to speak with the Commonwealth of Sol government to know why they wanted independence and want that hard. He passed the Gas Planets and arrived on Terra but he stopped. “Hey Lieutenant-Captain, why you stopped?” Onslaught responded. “They may ask why we are here.”

Magna Parsai has been watching the situation ever since they started receiving strange transmissions from Sol. They have realized that Pluto has revolted from the Commonwealth of Sol. This information is brought before the Governor-General himself upon realization.

The Governor-General has sent 2 stealth ships to Pluto in an attempt to avoid detection and speak to its leaders. Probably to the shock of the inhabitants and leadership of Pluto, the envoys only say that the Imperial Bastion of Magna Parsai will be supporting Pluto against the majority of the Solar System. What this support will be remains unknown but is likely to be revealed soon.

The envoys point out that there are a few reserves prepared just in case Syengon units suffer significant casualties but that Magna Parsai has dedicated a large chunk of their armed forces to this operation. And that those reserves would be dependent on the Governor-General's confidence in the Federation.

What? We do what we do best. We have over a hundred of these bad boys for private industry so might as well ask the corporations to do it for ya, no worries, either way they’ll be forced bybthe government to do such a thing.

[Independent Galactic States]

The Federation of Independent Galactic States would have the news of the Pluto rebellion and armed conflict spread throughout the nations star systems, reaching the ears of many from Relurians to Humans and top government officials of the Federation. However a stance could not be made, the Federation was split on who to support. Many states in the Federation were once breakaway star systems from much larger galactic nations, having been integrated into the Federation to have some sort of autonomy in a vast and cruel galaxy.

The biggest supporters of Pluto were the Lumerians and Aktangians. Lumerians were once a human expeditionary force that landed on the planet, Sol Kesh, and quickly built up the planet into an economic powerhouse. While the Aktangians are a race of brute-like people, a powerful army in the Federation that has contributed to countless military successes in the Federations past. This worried the Federation and the people back on Capitol as they wished to either remain neutral, or favour the commonwealth. Most human states wished to send military aid to the commonwealth, seeing Plutos aggression as unnecessary and violent as well as to harbour favourable relations with the Commonwealth.

However the official action of the central council just angered both sides. The official statement from the Capitol was neutral, however it highlighted Plutos aggression and advised the officials in FPC to resolve the crisis in a peaceful solution...F.I.G.S was not going to support any side just yet...

The interior of the Harvest Ship Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly was a huge space, one that held an army comfortably. Through that space ran hordes of mechanical constructs ever-vigilant and aware for any intruders for the army that waited there, ready to be invoked, the minds that would run it far across the galaxy.

In th depths, awakening scarabs swarmed over the recumbent forms of necrons yet to be awoken, suspended in coffin-cradles and connected to the ship’s interior by umbilical cables that began to pulse with the green radiance of core-flux.

The first necron awoke, inloading data on the expected enemies, flexing in the cradle as awakening scarabs gave him life, his mind imprinting on the body as he was called from his far off home.

It wasn’t the necron of old, but something newer, built with more care and attention, but the mind within was old, ancient.

The cables detached from him as he stepped forth.

He was only the first of many.

The signal came through clear and strong, and the necron leader looked up toward the architraves of the military decks.

‘Ship, can we intercept?’

‘Easily,’ the Disassembly replied, with a contralto voice, ‘would you like to?’

‘It would show something of our sincerity.’

‘Very well, I was not made to linger indolently through a whole campaign. I am making course to intercept.’

Vessel Alpha-7 of the Sol Commonwealth Second Division, we hear you and are in position to intercept. If you wish we will commence rescue and salvage operations, but your ship will be impounded and you will be interned until the cessation of hostilities. You will be provided necessary medical care and kept in appropriate conditions, should we receive appropriate undertakings from the Commonwealth you may be released on parole subject to being placed on leave for the remainder of this conflict by the Commonwealth. If you assent to these terms, disengage all weapons and signal your assent.

Plutonian vessels; if assent is given the vessel will come under our protection and we request and require you to allow internment of its personnel.

The Plutonian Government denies this offer due to the fact that this “Cracking” could heavily damage the Planet if a accident was too occur.

The Government of Pluto would send a Message to the Magnan Military forces saying “We thank you again for your help and cooperation against the imperialist Terran forces, for too long they have diminished the true power of Pluto and its People, but i feel with your aid our government will Triumph over this war in the name of Justice and Democracy!” Meanwhile the forces are instructed to head to the Sputnik Greater Basin (Sometimes known as the “Heart of Pluto”), where they expect a huge Terran-Lead offensive will occur.

Immediately the Commonwealth forces fighting prepare for support, they quickly send a message saying they will accept any help they can get. In the meantime, Alpha-7 has been extremely damaged from the battle, while the battle rages Alpha is covered in flames and explosions, with its systems being pushed to the limit, probably about to snap as the ship is close to being shot out of the sky and crash into Charons Surface. The remaining fighters and canon operators are told to hang on as long as they possibly can while back up arrives, the mission now is not to protect Alpha but to send as much damage as possible to the Plutonian Forces.

As the ship closed in its scale became apparent. Many kilometres from crescent shaped bow to twin-engined stern, the Disassembly was vast and more importantly, dense, its green metallic hull was impervious to efforts to any effort to identify its material or to determine how thick it was, while it radiated waste heat demonstrating remarkable power sources within.

It jumped out of hyperspeed within a startlingly close distance of the Alpha. While it would normally engage in space combat at distances in light seconds or more, here it was within only three times its own length from the stricken vessel, physically interposing itself between the two parts of the severed ship.

It needed to be close enough to enclose both parts of the stricken vessel in its own gravitational drive fields, in order to arrest their descent to the surface of Charon. The Harvest Ship had no intention of allowing the damaged vessel to hit the planet, given the apparent civilian population there.

At the same time it began the operation of removing the personnel, either using displacers, a form of teleporter that exchanged the space containing a person through an instantaneous and contoured short range wormhole, or if necessary by ferry-craft.

The crew would find that the Disassembly had a substantial automated hospital on board, and many would likely need its services, the disconcertingly deserted area would work to identify radiation exposure and other injuries, drones working with the calm voice of their parent ship’s intelligence to assist them.

As evacuation was completed, it would begin puncturing sections of reaction mass tanks and similarly volatile systems within the Alpha to mitigate the risk of explosion, with the goal of venting their contents inexplosively in order to prevent the vessel destroying itself; when its personnel were evacuated, it would do the same with the atmosphere,

During that time, its surrounding drone-clouds were bidden to intercept any aggression toward it or the vessel it was taking control of from the Plutonian side. The Commonwealth crew might have agreed to the assistance, but their enemies might well disagree with the interference…

[Independent Galactic States]

The Independent Galactic States continued to argue about the war, each state having a different opinion of Pluto and the situation. The example of Pluto even spread inside the nation as rebellious people and anti-Federation groups rallied on the idea of independence. This scared and worried the Federation as they did not want to deal with having independence attempts of their own, this forced even more discussion around the issue with now the inner systems around the Capitol arguing to put a stop to these independence ideas by helping the commonwealth with theirs.

However not everyone shared this plan, with the Lumerians going against the wishes of the Capitol by sending a message to Pluto. The message was simple and directed at the capital of the new nation, being sent from a long range transmitter.

Dear Federation of Pluto and Charon.

We are the Grand Republic of Lumeria, a member of the Federation of Independent Galactic States. We contact you in hopes of helping your state and people, we see that you are facing a challenge and wish to support your independence. We were once a part of another nation, being only used for its resources. The Lumerians proudly support your goal and wish to help any way we can, whether it be economic aid, humanitarian, or direct military action.

We are open to hear a response from your brave government, may you succeed.

In the midst of FTL Transit, Heading for the Sol System

The Fleet of Magnificent Justice, consisting of fourteen ships with among it at least one carrier and several cruisers- a relatively standard amount for a fleet that could handle any unexpected situations that might arise- was dispatched to the Sol System to investigate the conflict and establish a Noorian presence there. Commodore Shajar looked at the holoscreen displaying his fleet's status and the solar system they were traveling to. He had hoped that he would receive a more glamorous assignment rather than participating in some vague civil war in the far reaches of Noorian space. But it seemed that his orders were given by Ajanatā- the Ethereal Archlord Himself-, who was suffering from severe boredom, and in an attempt to alleviate it, wanted to fool around by poking into the affairs of this so-called 'Commonwealth of Sol'.

Nonetheless, there does appear to be a tangible reason for intervention, namely to perhaps curry favour with the newfound Plutonian Republic amidst the chaos by offering a much-needed helping hand, and/or to prolong the conflict in order to weaken the Commonwealth which could then be exploited in the long run. Whoever might be victorious or not, the lucrative mining business on Pluto was of special interest to Noorimradoriya.

”Commonwealth of Sol, this is Admiral Athel of Ferrum Hills. We are here to provide military assistance. Just tell us where the Sol fleet requires assistance and we will be there.”

Moments after arrival at the Sol System

"All warfare is rooted in deception..." recited Commodore Shajar, so he delayed no further to order the Fleet of Magnificent Justice to move into the Kuiper Belt not far from the planet Pluto. There he would use the comets to his advantage to hide the Noorimradoriyan fleet and avoid detection (by visual or sensors for now). The Commodore requested from his crew a full report on the current situation of the Civil War.

After receiving such a report, Shajar noted that many other interstellar parties had become involved in the conflict in one way or another, based on the many non-Commonwealth or non-Plutonian broadcasts and ship signatures detected in the system. One peculiar thing that piqued his interest was a message from the so-called Great Civilization (as if there was anything equal to or greater than the Ethereal Archlord!) stating their concerns over "unrestricted violence against the population of Pluto and Charon" which they hoped to prevent. Though neutral, perhaps they could be nudged into taking action against Commonwealth forces and their allies, the Commodore thought. That could be possible if they were presented with convincing evidence- either false or authentic- of heinous aggression against the Plutonians. If anything it would make everything more chaotic and stressful for the Commonwealth while leaning the conflict in favour of the Plutonians- both serving the goals of Noorimradoriya in the civil war.

Commodore Shajar leaned back in his command chair as a drone servant came along to hand him a porcelain cup of tea. Now, it was waiting for the best moment to strike and involve themselves in the conflict and eventually claim ultimate victory.
